This is our third time staying here. After the first visit, I have always asked for the same room, 606, or the equivalent on any of the floors, as it was so quiet. The hotel always obliges with exactly the same room, 606. Now that is customer focus.
The hotel is well located. Close to Abando station. El Corte Ingles across the street. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
The staff are excellent.
The rooms are spotle...

We booked a superior room and found it to be a good size for us and our luggage. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet given its central location. All staff we encountered were helpful.
The location is great. It is walking distance to the station, old town and Guggenheim....

Taxi to/from airport was cheaper than Uber. Easy check in, nice front desk staff. Hotel is very simple, no amenities at all but it was clean and quiet (I asked for a quiet room - apparently street and bar noise can be bad according to some reviews here). I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Theres a nice Starbucks a few feet away and also a coffee shop next door. Room was of a good size, bed and pillows were ok. ...

My wife and I stayed here toward the end of August. I am a Sercotel Rewards Member but for this reservation I booked thru Capital One Travel since I needed to use a credit. I highly recommend signing up for their Sercotel Rewards Program since its free and they offer promotions and reduced hotel rates for members and have locations all over Spain which we have used before. Excellent hotel and total value for money. Reception charming and service excellent. Room as clean as can be, quiet and super spacious. Breakfast amazing and so much on offer.
