Just what is needed for a few nights.....

very nice, small hotel in a great location... close to the old town and the Guggenheim.. room was small, but clean and newish.....very small lobby...we didn't have breakfast here... right across the street from El Cortes Ingles....great market, cafes and restaurants within the store....we were there daily....the young girl at reception is wonderful... very helpful.......

The hotel is easy to get to on public transport and easy walking to the tourist sites. Our room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. There are few good restaurants nearby, but a short walk across the river provides more choice. During our stay we had to reserve breakfast times to accommodate a pushy tourist group unfortunately the group did not respect the times making the small breakfast room crowded until...

This is our third time staying here. After the first visit, I have always asked for the same room, 606, or the equivalent on any of the floors, as it was so quiet. The hotel always obliges with exactly the same room, 606. Now that is customer focus.
The hotel is well located. Close to Abando station. El Corte Ingles across the street. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
The staff are excellent.
The rooms are spotle...

We booked a superior room and found it to be a good size for us and our luggage. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet given its central location. All staff we encountered were helpful.
The location is great. It is walking distance to the station, old town and Guggenheim....

Taxi to/from airport was cheaper than Uber. Easy check in, nice front desk staff. Hotel is very simple, no amenities at all but it was clean and quiet (I asked for a quiet room - apparently street and bar noise can be bad according to some reviews here). I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Theres a nice Starbucks a few feet away and also a coffee shop next door. Room was of a good size, bed and pillows were ok. ...
