Our stay at this hotel and in Bilbao generally was very pleasant. This is a good quality hotel with plenty of business people staying but also overseas tourists (like us) and local holiday makers. All the facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Reception booked our early morning taxi to the train station and made us coffee when we arrived early. Nice hotel and lovely staff....

Great for the Guggenheim!

This hotel has great service and rooms and I really loved the neighbourhood. If youre coming to Bilbao predominantly for the Guggenheim, you absolutely should stay here!
I didnt pay extra for a river view room, but you can see the museum each time you are on the ground floor. And this was the first hotel on my trip where I had a big window, daylight and could see a street, so I was very happy!

Everything within walking distance, nice, cousy hotel. Receptionists are very kind, we could also leave our baggage until leaving for the airport....

A wonderful hotel, staff were brilliant and really made our stay special. The food is outstanding and better than most 5* hotels in the UK....
