This was our first visit to Bilbao and we were very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our two rooms were very comfortable and the beds were great. The room and overall hotel decor was excellent. An added bonus is ithe hotel's proximity to the Gugenheim. Ideal!! We will all be returning to Bilbao for one night and we will be looking forward to our stay at the Vincci....

This hotel is perfect in every way. The position, overlooking the Gugenheim is stunning. I could see the museum every day from the picture window in the corridor and, of course, from the terrace. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. I ate once in the restaurant which was high quality and delicious and on another evening enjoyed a light meal in the bar. Nice hotel, excellent location, decoration, views and service. Very attentive reception team providing all class of recommendations about the hotel and city places to visit and restaurants & bars for pintxos. Next to Guggenheim, strategic ubication....

Best hotel with a view to Gugenheim! A must see in Bilbao, perfectly located (except it is a ultra low emission zone, if your car is not Eco or 0 zero)...

We had two rooms overlooking the Guggenheim. The staff was very helpfulespecially the young man who assisted us with the complicated garagethe car must fit into a lift and descend 5 floors. Restaurant recommendations were also very good. Highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in Bilbao....
