The hotel is situated in a great location with good views from the rooms. All staff are do friendly and helpful from the moment you check in at reception. The rooms are large and very clean with friendly housekeeping staff always smiling. The restaurant is very well staffed and the chef is happy to cook your breakfast to order. There is an amazing variety of breakfast choices. Would definately recommend this hote...

what a nice hotel right in the center of town and on the river front. It is right next to the Guggenheim, which we took time to visit. The Guggenheim unfortunately confirmed all my expectations about Modern "Art" I had hoped for a positive surprise....

Spent 4 nights to see the sights of Bilbao. The hotel was in a great location. It was clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful....
