My wife and I stayed one night the hotel and found it excellent. We were greeted enthusiastically and check-in was efficient. Our room overlooked the neighboring Guggenheim Museum which was stunning and an ideal place to relax. As it was our anniversary, we were given a bottle of Cava and some lovely speical snacks. The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of Spanish/Basque foods as well as more tradition...

5 star experience for us at this hotel. From when we checked in with the gorgeous, friendly Tania to our beautiful river view room, our hotel room was stunning. Breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious with a large variety of hot and cold food. Staff were super helpful and we will definitely be coming back!...
