This hotel is superb. We had such a fantastic stay. Right in the centre of the city with good tram links. Just a perfect welcome from the front of house team to a fantastic room lovely bar and if you are going to try the pressoir one of those fantastic 2 Michelin star dinning experiences....

Excellent hotel, a higher standard of IHG compared to some others we have stayed at around the world.
Very high end and helpful service, nothing was too difficult and they arranged with no difficulty or effort on our part wine shipments back to the UK.
Spa area is particularly lovely and highly recommended. Rooftop bar very pleasant.
Well maintained and in very good condition, traditional high end luxury....

Very nice hotel in the heart of the tourist district. We had a room at the front of the hotel with great views, The restaurant was good but housekeeping bad. One day the room was not made up until 5 PM. Lots of restaurants close by to have lunch or dinner...

Lovely hotel and great upgrade- I have stayed at this hotel many times for work and for cruises. It is always nice. We were upgraded to the best suite ever- an
ambassador suite. Wow. The lobby is lovely, the food is good and the location is great. Make sure you belong to the club (you pay $100 or so) and it entitles you to upgrades if available and lovely amenities....

Loved this hotel. Doesnt get any better. They upgraded us through Am Ex to a gorgeous room. The location is perfect. It is in a great location the metro is just steps away. Many restaurants around but their Brasserie cant be beat. A local restaurant owner actually told us to dine at our hotel.
The staff is friendly and efficient. Linda head of housekeeping went above and beyond to help us out...
