Loved the hospitality and the location

This was our last hotel on the trip and the one that made us feel the most welcome! The staff handled all our endless questions on what to do in Boston with time crunch - fantastic recommendations and easy to follow directions. Where we had too many options from the internet, staff brought clarity on what can be enjoyed in the biting cold night and crisp morning.

The hotel was very clean. It appeared to be a new hotel, though it has been there for a few years now. I liked the location away from the heavy traffic in Boston. It is near a train station and a few good restaurants within walking distance. Everything with the stay was good except the parking. The desk clerk didn't speak English well, so didn't explain the process of entering and exiting using a ticket. That was the...

The hotel is modern and the staff is nice. It was my fourth stay this year. There is not much to do nearby but Harvard Sq. is 20 minutes away via the T Red Line. The rooms are nice and the place is clean....

Return Visit Let Down by Cleanliness and Comfort Issues

I stayed at this hotel as a returning guest from last year, but unfortunately noticed a decline in standards.
The room had visible dirt and dust build-up in the corners and on ledges, which suggested it hadnt been deep cleaned in some time.
The toilet did not flush properly it struggled with even a small amount of paper and frequently became blocked, which was very inconvenient.

Great staff but bathroom amenities need to be looked at

I have stayed there 3 times over the years as a guest of a family member. The staff has always been very friendly and the rooms are clean. My problem is there has never been any fan or ventilation in the bathroom and also you only get bar soap for the bathroom sink. Who wants to use the same hand soap as someone else ? Otherwise for the price it is a good deal....
