For the amount of money you pay, this hotel is awful. Here is why. This hotel could only provide decaf coffee in the rooms and if you wanted regular coffee, you had to pay for it just outside the elevators on the ground floor. When I called the desk to ask they bring me a couple packets of regular coffee, I was told it would be delivered to my room but after over an hour I went down to the desk and they told me who e...

The Bostonian Hotel is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Boston, whether for work or a personal trip. The location is excellent, the rooms are always clean, and most importantly, the staff consistently greets guests with genuine warmth and a smile.

Very dated hotel. Carpet stains everywhere. Noisy. Only one elevator working and no one working on getting other fixed. Heavy dust in room on back of the door. Staff needs to smile. Seem very unhappy. Would struggle to give this 3 star hotel 2 stars!
Bellmen were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly....
