The manager Alexander was excellent!
He handled our feedback like a true professional.
I find that the hotel needs a lot of TLC!
It 1 lift was not working , the gym equipment was out of order, the reception coffee machine was beyond pathetic. Breakfast room no espresso or cappuccino coffee , Basically hotel needs serious attention - we landed cancelling the remaining time and moving hotels.

Had a great experience with the hotel throughout St. Patrick's Day weekend. Alexander was professional, funny and quick at making sure we were taken care of. He is the best of the Bostonian!!!...

We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and attractions and food was very walkable. Alexander at the front desk was extremely hospitable and kind! He made our stay even better....

We went to Boston for a quick overnight visit. Because of The Bostonian Hotels awesome location, we were able to squeeze so much into our short stay. Walking to North Station (TD Garden) was easy, as well as walking from South Station. We were also able to enjoy the Freedom Trail, Haymarket, and Kanes Doughnuts, which were all in easy walking distance. (Of course the T is an option if you arent looking to walk so ...

Ideal location for visiting Boston. Across the street from Faniel Hall, walking distance to TD Garden walking distance to north end and many restaurant options facility and rooms were very clean. Staff were exceptional. Paula at front desk very accommodating outstanding customer service. William went out of his way....
