Alexandre at The Bostonian: He Is the Reason I'm Coming Back

Honestly, where do I even start with Alexandre? He was SO amazing. From the moment I got there, he was welcoming, attentive, and just had this warm, inviting spirit that made me feel completely taken care of.
What really got me was how much he actually listened. He made sure I had exactly the accommodations I was looking for, including a beautiful view of Faneuil Hall, and was so patient and understanding throughout...

The heating did not work our room but the hotel overcame the problem very quickly. Alexandre was brilliant, he and his team made our whole stay so welcoming, nothing seemed to much trouble. Absolutely loved our stay and will use again when we visit Boston...

The room has wooden fake beams on the ceiling, dirt -dust was dripping down from the beams as if they had never been cleaned.
The TV was not working with stuff on registering February 24. You could not get channels etc..
The phone was disconnected. We did not know it was unplugged housekeeping staff must have unplugged it when cleaning- repair man came to check.

Excellent hotel. We had some reservation issues happen and Paula at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my family had a room so we could continue our vacation. It was in walking distance of all the great things in Boston. Hotel was clean and they had exactly what we needed....

The Bostonian is an amazing hotel. The locaton and the vibe was excellent from the Boston Marathon . The rooms clean and comfortable and cozy.
The noise from the street was the only thing distracting at times. But, its the urban jungle. If you want quiet, move to the countryside.
All the activities associated with the marathon were nearby. The Boston peeps were so helpful in recommending good eats and train locat...
