The hotel looks great inside, the floors and the rooms. While the upgrade from usual Hilton products was much appreciated, the water pressure and unstable temperature was mildly frustrating. Breakfast experience was quite a dissappointment. With overpriced menu, selections were just at a level of mediocre deli shop. The service was non existant. I booked the Canopy Hotel in Boston for its location and reviews. It's very expensive, even at Boston standards. But I wanted to be able to walk everywhere and have Little Italy at my doorstep so I felt I was making the right decision. The hotel is very nice. This was a quick visit over a weekend and had never been to Boston. Lucked out into selecting this hotel compared to others. Stay was wonderful. Very well located to a variety of activities and sights. Most everything was within a half hour walk. Back Bay a little further but not problematic. Staff were very considerate and helpful in making restaurant selections and places to visit. Rooms very clean with everything ...

Front desk staff very helpful and efficient. Great location for the North End experience and easy access for pick-ups by Lyft. We enjoyed several breakfasts here (extra cost) that were delicious. One night the weather wasn't cooperating, so we had dinner at their Rose Town Kitchen as well. Fig and Prosciutto Pizza was very good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will return....

Amazing stay in an immaculately clean room and hotel. Beautiful view, great food and drink options at the restaurant. Staff is amazing and very hospitable....
