Stayed at this Hilton property for five days as a hilton honors members. Unfortunately, we werent able to fully enjoy our diamond membership experience in this hotel as we do in others because of the policy unique to this hotel and the exhorbitant bar and restaurant prices this hotel charges. Unlike other Canopies, this one does not have complimentary morning coffee.

The staff was amazing! Trevon was there from check in to check out with great tips from things to do to which parking garage was best and most affordable for our travel goals. The rooms looked brand new, spacious bathrooms with great toiletries, awesome views of the market. It felt like a boutique hotel with all of the big hotel amenities. Everything felt new. Ive had a great stay at canopy by Hilton. It is close to a public parking that you can self park and the hotel helps you with a QR code to get in and out as many times as you want and being charged nightly. there is a great bar and restaurants inside the hotel with really good breakfast. Staying at the Canopy far exceeded expectations. Diamond at the front desk was AMAZING. To my surprise I was able to check into my room early (tired from the trip up to boston) & was given a beautiful room. I was celebrating a special occasion & staff definitely went the extra mile. Location of this hotel is fantastic, Fanueil Hall and the North End both on the doorstep and a great base for exploring. A few points to note:
1. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Great tea and coffee facilities and loved the filtered water available on each floor. Beds very comfy and great shower in the bathroom.
2. Hotel and rooms are immaculately clean.
3. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly in every department....
