Very disappointed with this Hilton property. The hotel feels old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Multiple things in the room were broken or not working properly, and it was clear the property has not been taken care of the way you would expect from Hilton standards.
What made the experience even worse was the front-line customer service. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed very little concern about the issue...

We stayed over the Boston Marathon weekend and overall had a good experience at this hotel. Prices for hotels closer to downtown were extortionate and this was a much more reasonable price. Its only 5 minutes walk to the T which was very handy.

The initial person I spoke to at the reception desk was not very pleasant, I was asked to pay a refundable deposit, but there seemed to be some issue with my payment card. I was given til the following morning to rectify my card issue.

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was on the phone and completely ignored meno acknowledgment, no Ill be with you shortly, nothing.
