Great location close to Encore. Reasonably priced, comfortable modern rooms, VERY comfortable beds, powerful shower, great free breakfast and friendly staff. A+ all around!...

We chose this hotel as it was more economical than staying in Boston and it was a great choice. Everything from the minute we arrived to when we left was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast had good and interesting choices every day. Everywhere is immaculate too. Jean on the evening shift with the guest service team was a true pleasure to work with, he was helpful and focused on each guest and making sure that we had everything that we needed. Not only was he helpful before we arrived making sure that our reservation was set up and that the guests were added appropriately to the reservation, but in person he was also a joy. Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a wedding. Staff was nice enough but had two major issues. First off, the sound proofing in this hotel is non existent. First night was okay, but you can definitely hear crystal clear any time somebody is in the hallways, and there was loud thudding from the room above us every once in a while, but it was fine. Clean hotel room but water pressure bad, and breakfast mediocre

We stayed 3 nights (Veterans Day weekend). I always stay at a Marriott brand hotel, and this one did have a great bed and it was very clean. However, there were some negatives, which surprised me:
1. Dresser drawer would not stay closed (picture attached)
2. Water pressure in shower was terrible (in the sink it was great)
3. No safe to store valuables
