I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 3 nights in April. My room was small and cute, with the tiniest closet that resembled a broom closet. The hotel seems very understaffed, but everyone was nice. Housekeeping will service your room if you request it, but not otherwise.
The rooms are either over the back parking lot and train tracks or over the front with a highway. No matter where your room is, it's going to be loud....

Great location close to Encore. Reasonably priced, comfortable modern rooms, VERY comfortable beds, powerful shower, great free breakfast and friendly staff. A+ all around!...

We chose this hotel as it was more economical than staying in Boston and it was a great choice. Everything from the minute we arrived to when we left was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast had good and interesting choices every day. Everywhere is immaculate too. Jean on the evening shift with the guest service team was a true pleasure to work with, he was helpful and focused on each guest and making sure that we had everything that we needed. Not only was he helpful before we arrived making sure that our reservation was set up and that the guests were added appropriately to the reservation, but in person he was also a joy. Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a wedding. Staff was nice enough but had two major issues. First off, the sound proofing in this hotel is non existent. First night was okay, but you can definitely hear crystal clear any time somebody is in the hallways, and there was loud thudding from the room above us every once in a while, but it was fine.
