Brilliant helpful receptionist

I am staying at the Boston Park Plaza for 25 years always in March to attend the seafood Expo.
I stoped by the front desk where I met Devon who was a most helpful
receptionist and who helped in every possible. Even encouraging me to come back to Boston for vacation. I would like to recommend her for promotion.
I am a Hilton Honors member....

The staff is very kind, professional and eager to go beyond and above. I asked for extra blankets and Raman quickly brought them to my door and asked if I needed anything else to make my stay more pleasant. Lisa at concierge was very helpful giving directions for the subway, recommendations and lunch and very kind when we asked many questions. Check in was a breeze and we will definitely stay at this hotel again,...

I was warmly greeted by Singh at the front desk. Checked into my clean, well-appointed room. There was a festive air in the dining area where the hostess found me a table and I ordered yummy lobster roll and a side Caesar salad. Both were delicious. Great experience and great value. This hotel cares about customer service. Congrats all around....
