I always stay at the Boston Park Plaza. The rooms are clean and perfect for a good rest. If your room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy.
The hotel is large and well-equipped with great facilities. The fitness center is fully equipped, and the hotels service is excellent.

This was the second destination on our American adventure, previously we were staying in New York, we left New York at 7am and reached our "4 star" in inverted commas as this hotel surely cannot class itself as a 4 star with unserviceable rooms and terrible staff.

We had a great time! Check in was easy. Staff-friendly,helpful,very responsive. Ranjan went above and beyond with getting us extra coffee and coffee cups late one evening. Our room was comfortable. The location was great- easy to get to nearby restaurants,shopping and the train station. Highly recommend. Would stay again....

We stay often at the Park Plaza and usually arrive from a very long red eye flight.
We are always met by Sean at the front desk for check in.
Sean is without a doubt the kindest, sweetest , happiest and most gracious person ever !
