Great Stay!

Got a room at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza because my wifes flight came in a midnight so we stayed at the hotel rather than driving back home to Western Massachusetts that late at night. Checking in was easy and Devon, the front desk receptionist was fantastic. She was able to accommodate us with a late check out. We will definitely stay there again if we need an overnight in Boston...

Hilton Boston Park is a beautiful hotel! We had a bit of a rocky start to our stay due to a mix-up with the room, but the situation was handled quickly and professionally. Rawan, the manager stepped in right away, made sure everything was sorted, and went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was perfect.

I stayed here for one night for a business trip and I wasnt disappointed! Upon checking in, Devon gave me a room upgrade for being a Hilton Honors member. It was such a nice surprise and very appreciated! The room was very large, luxurious, and extremely clean. Ill definitely be staying here the next time Im in the area. I highly recommend!...
