Excellent time with Clairisa.

Clairisa was our waitress for dinner 1/29/26 and our waitress later on when we returned after the Bruins game. She is an excellent server - very professional and does everything very well. You are fortunate to have her on your Staff....

Located within a few minutes from the Arlington tram stop, the shopping area and Boston Commonit was ideal for our trip
Decor as you enter the lobby is as grandiose as you would expect
Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and looked after us well during the snowstorm weekend
Special mention to Lisa, who provided all the info I needed at the concierge desk

Had the BEST experience at Hilton, lovely city views and the staff were phenomenal. Devon at the front helped me check in so seamlessly and find the perfect room to fit my needs. Then Ranjan so kindly delivered everything and was very attentive to anything I needed. The best team!...

The location is very good and the staff are friendly. As a Diamond member, I received a $36 credit for the lobby restaurant, which was a nice perk, though unfortunately, the food wasn't very good.
The room itself was super smallespecially the bathroom, which was very cramped. The interiors are outdated, and the towels were old and turning yellow.
Most concerningly, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the lob...
