Devon at the front desk was very helpful. Beyond friendly and was able to get us a late check out. The bar tenders were not as accommodating with simple take out orders but we will be back...

One of the great Grand Dame hotels from the golden age of travel between the wars, a ballroom that is beyond belief, rooms that scale from "wicked small" to quite unneededly big (but I wont complain on the space in those!).
A very responsive and knowledgeable staff, especially Singh who was indispensable in the success of my stay, from a suite acquisition to drinking destinations in town....

Devon made the check in process super smooth and because Im a Gold member she was able to upgrade me to a KING room! I was exhausted from a long day and she made my night....

Walking into the Hilton Park Plaza was jaw dropping as it looked like we stepped into a Christmas movie set. Such a tasteful festive experience! Our experience was only enhanced after being checked in by Devon who was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready despite it being earlier in the day and also secured us a later check out as our flight wasnt going to leave until the evening. ...

This hotel is well worth the visit. Not only is it in the heart of downtown Boston, but the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Devon and Moises especially were truly spectacular. They answered all my questions and made the check in and check out process seamless. They also were able to accommodate a later check out time at no extra charge! Super stoked to come back here soon!...
