It has been over a month and my email to Mr. Gutierrez is ignored. Meanwhile, the owner is only answering to positive reviews and he acts like you don't exist when you have legitimate complaints. I am an IHG platinum member and it is disappointing to see how the property treats people especially when you are paying double. At least...

Terrible Experience Trying to Book Room

I tried to get information on booking a suite a week ago and the person who answered phone, Alfredo, was very rude. He first gave me pricing, and I said that it was out of my budget. He then proceeded to insist that I go ahead and book it because "What do you expect staying in Downtown?" Good Day Stay hotel

We did a day hotel stay after arriving early in the morning and leaving around 7pm for a concert. The lobby was small but nice, hallways were grimy and room was a little above average. It was nice to stay there for 8 hours while it was pouring rain. McDonalds very close and a quick Uber anywhere....

Staff are great, breakfast is pretty good (its pre-made, but better than many places Ive stayed). Sound is pretty good, but it is fairly near some railway traffic and I had horns blaring around 11pm, but luckily I was on the side of the building away from them. The real negative for me here is the WiFi. It absolutely blows. It's fine for netflix and web browsing, but for gaming it just sucks. The Doubletree I was in ...

It does the trick, no more no less. It is well located and not as expensive as most hotels within Boston. It is also located right next to the TD garden. There is also free continental breakfast in the morning. It's not WOW but for a free breakfast, it's plenty....
