Very convenient location near north station. Hotel is calm atmosphere. Room is very clean and comfortable. Edison kindly accepted my request of late check-out....

Location is great, valet service was excellent. Food at the restaurant onsite was goodwe had drinks, dinner, and breakfast separately and all three experiences were positive.
We stayed in a queen suite, the room was clean and pleasant. If youre a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The guest in the room next to ours was a snoring all night and it carried into our room. Other than that the hotel was pretty quiet for t...

We just stayed one night but the customer service was exceptional. Our host Edison went above and beyond and made our stay even better. He always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. He felt like a friend when we left. We will definitely be back...

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed Edison displayed the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
His knowledge of the city of Boston is unparalleled.
And his commitment to customer service was incredible.
As Mainers coming down for the Celtics game he made us feel extremely welcome.
