We picked this hotel because of the location. It is directly across the street from TD Garden. They charge premium prices for the room; our experience was less than premium. Let's start with an old, slow elevator because they are repairing the main one. Now let's go into the fact that it was impossible to shower because the water was tepid at best. If you are going to an event at Td Garden or want to spend a day in the North End the location if this hotel is prefect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our King suite was designed in a way that shut out a lot of the street noise in the bedroom. The rooms, actually, the whole building is super shabby. Rugs in the hallway missing sections, not the hotels fault, the ownership fault, they clearly do not spend money to repair or upkeep this building. Valet parking only, which costs $65. We have a brand new Volvo, we could see in our app the car was left unlocked with the windows down all night. Would not stay here ever again, even if its super convenient to ...
