We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo Boston Garden. The room was clean and comfortable, pillows were soft and clean, and even the pull-out sofa had a surprisingly great mattress. There was no blanket for the pull out sofa, but housekeeping brought one--that took awhile, but we were thankful to have it. Great stay at the Boston Indigo Hotel. The room was clean and modern, with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient. Would definitely stay again at any time of the year! Id definitely recommend Boston Indigo Hotel to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again....

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We got in early in the morning so our room wasn't ready. We left our luggage in the lobby and went exploring for the day. When we got back, they had our luggage in our room waiting for us. It was a pleasant surprise since our hands were full and we thought we would have to come back down for our luggage....

Perfect location that is extremely walkable! And Edison at the front desk was a DELIGHT! Overall a wonderful experience and staff! Will be back the next Time Im in Boston whether that be for work or leisure. Also the breakfast in the hotel really hit the spot...

Check in/out went smoothly and the staff were all friendly. They charge you for the entire stay when you check in. They also charge $100 incidental fee for each night. They didnt mention that when you pay. Out of courtesy, they should mention that. They mentioned that it would only take a couple days to see a refund.
