Friendly staff and perfect downtown location

Came to Boston with my brother to see our local NBA team play the Celtics. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from TD Garden and walking distance to many local sights in downtown Boston. Edison warmly greeted us as we arrived. Brought all of our bags inside and helped us get an early check-in. Definitely plan to stay here again if I visit the city again....

Great hotel experience. Edison greeted us and carried our bags inside even though it was below freezing out. He was able to check us in early since our room was cleaned and ready! I will be back....

Back in November, I bought tickets for a game at TD Garden. I was nervous to stay in Boston, but I was fortunate to find this gem of a hotel online and booked it right away. Its right across from TD Garden and was easy to find. The valet staff were absolutely amazing, especially going to get something I forgot in the car! This the second time we have stayed at Hotel Indigo. It's a super convenient location for attending games at Garden. Hotel rooms are clean and the restaurant in the lobby has great food and service....

Stuck trying to get home and so glad we stayed at Hotel Indigo. Charming hotel AND the location was amazing. Shout out to Edison at the front desk who took great care of us and suggested we go to the Boston Bruins hockey game. He told us what app to download to get tickets and made it such a fun night for us. The hotel location could not be more perfect and we would definitely do it again. While everyone else froze ...
