We stayed at Hotel Indigo while in Boston for our son's wedding. Our room was very comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful, particularly Edison at the front desk and Garth in the bar. Both went above and beyond, giving excellent and friendly service. We'll be back!...

The hotel was very clean. The staff very helpful. Our room was right by the outside street and was a little noisy but not terrible. The location is perfect. It's right by the boston garden and the T so getting around is easy. Lots of stores, bars and restaurants around....

Probably the best hotel experience I have had. We arrived the morning of April 22nd. We had to wait about an hour for our room. We sat in the restaurant. The waitress, a tall slender black lady--I am sorry I don't remember her name--was the best. I have to tell this: when we were checking in, I saw her bring a young man a jacket. He arrived on a cold day in Boston in short sleeves and was freezing. She managed to fi...

What a perfect place to celebrate a friends 50th. The hotel exceeded our expectation. We were graciously greeted and cared for by Edison at check in and check out. He went above and beyond. Also, the servers behind the bar at Blakes were fantastic! I highly recommend Hotel Indigo. Just a note- the location is great but can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night. Thank you all for making our event great!...
