I had a splendid valentine weekend, the staffs of yotel made it better. I was first approached by a gentleman who i believe is the valet manager. Who helped me unload my bags from the car and Informed I and my boyfriend at the time who later proposed to me about exciting places we could visit for the evening. Great location but beds are not the most comfortable

I stayed at YOTEL Boston and was immediately impressed by the convenience if youre flying in, the transit stop from the airport is right beside the hotel, which makes arrival incredibly easy. Check-in was a great first impression as well; the reception staff were very friendly and took the time to explain the facilities clearly.

Room too small
impossible to communicate on arrival day
Front desk does not care for your needs or are interest at all.
Not convenient for convention center, although accessible from metro....
