Room too small
impossible to communicate on arrival day
Front desk does not care for your needs or are interest at all.
Not convenient for convention center, although accessible from metro....

This is not a hotel but a hostel - room are too small and it is not a bed but a sofa bed or a hospital bed (not comfortable at all)...

Clean room. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop. Great location. Not a lot of space to hang clothes.
Had prepaid my 2 day stay. After checkout I realized I still had a $124 charge. (I had had one breakfast and 2 bottles of water) Tried emailing, calling, leaving a call back number. No response. Tried to call hotel itself, no response. Finally was able to talk to a live human who was great. She said someone would get ba...
