The hotel is located 2 min walk to Grand Palace and other attractions. The hotel staff are friendly! The rooms are very clean and for the Center of the town good enough size. There is a cafe downstairs that is very good. I highly recommend this place for people who want to stay in the centre....

Perfect location (8 minute walk to Brussels Central train station) and situated on one of the main squares. But still extremely quiet. Also had an eatery attached below which was one of the few places open at breakfast time. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and rooms very very comfortable....

I had a deeply disappointing stay at Hotel Aris Grand-Place, and I strongly advise against booking a room there. My experience was marred by a severe issue that affected me physically and mentally during my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's management was unresponsive and refused to take responsibility for the situation. Despite my attempts to address the problem and seek a refund, they were unhelpful and dismissive.

Stayed here for one night with family.
Rooms clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Cannot praise hotel enough.
Great location with plenty places to eat and drink nearby. Cracking little drinks area outside. Great to chill and watch the world go by.
I sadly didn't eat Breakfast, but had a coffee. However I was jealous as the egg and bacon bun looked amazing.
Will definitely stay here again on next visit...

Location was great, room small, but adequate. There was no lobby to speak of. The lobby is a separate business, so there was no water of coffee available. The hotel was clean and safe and the staff were nice. I would stay here again. The bed was nice as was the shower here....
