Good location and vibe. Room is small, suitable for solo or couples travellers. Never tried the food. Front desk service is awesome....

Fantastic location, just off Grand Place. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, when we first arrived they gave us a map and highlighted the areas of interest to us giving us lots of info, they were brilliant. Room was lovely and clean with a very comfy big bed. The cafe downstairs was lively and busy, we had breakfast there one day which was very nice. Would stay there again...

It was a great location for us. Right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Great for shopping , eating out and sightseeing. We actually stayed here in Nov 24 but I was u able to back date to the correct date. We tried to get in again Nov 25 for a weekend but it was full. Its quite a quirky place. There is a coffee shop downstairs which also does breakfasts. Always busy and a great atmosphere. Rooms were very comf...

Good location. Good atmosphere. The rooms and the building could benefit from some refurbishment - they look a bit tired. The air-conditioning was too noisy. I had to get up in the middle of the night to switch it off because it was bothering me. It was clean. The staff were friendly. Great hotel location

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the heart of Brussels. The room was spacious, modern & spotless & had the added advantage of tea & coffee facilities. Unfortunately due to its location, we were woken early every morning by the delivery & rubbish trucks.
The staff were all extremely helpful & friendly which all added to an enjoyable visit.
