We stayed for two days in this hotel. Its located in a safe area only 15 min to the center city via Tram (93 stade) and 40 mins walking. The staff were nice and helpful. They have luggage lockers at not cost, a gym, parking garage and offer for $16 breakfast. We were moved from our room since the AC didnt work and there was a water leak in the morning after but everything was resolved in time of our return to the r...

This is a very modern looking hotel with all the amenities required present including locker, fridge, spacious closet, TV, and many more. What my kids liked the most is the bunk bed. There is a restaurant near the lobby. The staff is super helpful and smiling at all times. The location is convenient to take trams just at 5 minutes walking distance....

Immaculate cleanliness, staff so freindly and approachable, more so than in many 5 stars we have stayed in. Great location too. If we came back we would choose this hotel again....

We stayed in a superior double and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was good value for money considering it is so central, only a short 15 min journey on public transport from Brussels-Midi. We were left stranded after the Eurostar was cancelled and the hotel was a great option for us. The bed is a little firm but for a short stay it was fine....
