The location is wonderful because you are less 1 minute walking to the Maneken pis figure.
The breakfast buffet is complete and the room was very clean and comfortable for 3 people. Can I repeat? Yes!...

Cold, unpleasant, more or less disgusting visit

The room was cold, heating system did not work. I did tell about it, but nothing happened. Luckily there were two beds and I could use both blankets.
It wad noisy, all the voices, talk and closing the doors went through wether from the other rooms or corridor.
The bath was dirty and clearly in need of renovation.
The breakfast was good, but the personnel really odd. They did not understand english at all.

Very average hotel. Situation is all right, some grandeur in the entrance, but rooms quite average and noisy. Seems to attract mainly tourist bus groups....

Hotel Bedford was excellent location 5 minutes walk to grand platz 15 minutes to train brussels central station...
Front desk excellent service kind caring efficient young people....
Room very comfortable bathroom shower large maybe I need harder foam pillows...beds comfortable.

This was my first time in Belgium, and I truly enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient for exploring the Brussels area, as its close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the metro. I booked a single room, which was simple but comfortable and perfect for a short stay. In terms of value for money, I would say yesits definitely worth it.
