Excellent location, about 4 mins from the centre. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Reception staff were very helpful. Good value for money....

The hotel was spotlessly clean with rooms tidied each day. Very friendly and helpful staff with a perfect command of English and the breakfast was the perfect setup for each day. Centrally located with lots of shops nearby and very close to Grand Place. I particularly enjoyed browsing in the numerous record and book shops and we enjoyed the local beer which was cheap during twelve hour happy hours. We will definit...

An excellent choice for a short stay

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. Our room was clean and whilst quite simple, had everything we needed for two nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for a city break....

To be booked when no more choice

When we arrived at the hotel, not even a smile from the receptionists. There were 4 people at the reception but we had to say hello so they would recognised us as they were busy chatting.
We arrived at past 1pm ahead of the check-in time which is 3pm, so I asked the guy receptionist what we can visit while waiting for the check in time. He just told me that just to the right and you will see some. Not even a map or ...
