Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic two nights at the Bedford hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and pastries.
We managed to get a table in the rooftop restaurant and bar, Eight. We were not disappointed. The view, food and drink were excellent.
The staff were friendly and efficient....

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms are very nice but lack storage for clothes and other belongings.
Since the hotel is central, you can hear a lot of noise outside the street from early on.
There were works in the hotel that started very early.
The hotel staff was very friendly...

If you enjoy coffee in bed in the morning, stay elsewhere.

There's a kettle in the room with a coffee sachet and sugar sachet for the first night only. It isn't replenished, and when I asked at reception, I was told no. If you're staying for a few days and enjoy a morning cup of coffee in bed, I suggest you walk to the nearest shop and buy your own - including a cup - or find another hotel. Yes Bedford Hotel, you saved 5 cents on the coffee sachet, but lost 140 on my next b...

Comfortable, spacious room. Very clean and fresh towels everyday. The receptionists were not particularly friendly, but they were efficient. The breakfast staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very generous indeed. The only downside is that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the roomsor anywhere else in the hotel (apart from the cocktail bar!). Overall a very comfor...

The worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Its not a 3-star hotel, its a 1-star. We went to this hotel for Christmas and booked two rooms. One of the rooms had a severe bed bug issue, which bit the boys, and we had to sleep all in one room (we even have live and dead bed bugs as proof). Our Christmas holiday really turned into a nightmare. The hotel is truly awful, and the hotel management didnt handle the situation wel...
