A Stay That Started Well but Ended Horribly

My stay at this hotel began on a high note. The location is excellent, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. Decent hotel close to all tourist attractions,train station.Good choice at breakfast. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Despite quite a lot of guests, the room was quiet Good cleaning. The hotel is gradually being updated. We really liked it....

Very friendly staff and great hospitality. My daughter and I have really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bedford. We had a standard room. I have slept well, comfortable beds and wonderful pillows. They have a varied breakfast. The rooms could do with a spruce-up, though. But that was just cosmetic. It's very close to Grand Place. I truly recommend Hotel Bedford!...

This hotel is not the best despite the look of the lobby. The air conditioning did not work on the whole of the third floor, yet the hotel were still happy to put guests in the rooms there. It was so hot it was unbearable at times.
The rooms were not the cleanest I have ever seen and the breakfast was extremely basic....

Well, It has not the standard it must have had years ago. It needs renovation and unfortunately did someone that at 0730. When you are drilling into concrete at this time there is no chance to sleep or relax in the room. So ask for a rom high up as they do work in 3rd and 4th floor. What gives it extra points is the location. The location is superb. All in all ok, apart for that work in the morning....
