Ok for 1 night but not more!

The location was great. Close proximity to everything you need in terms of parking, shops and metro links. Its close to the grand palace and at a walkable distance. Free coffee dispensary near the reception area and water too. The views from the room are not pleasant and lots of road works going on atm.
The entrance to the hotel is by a whole load of bins, the rooms are dated and you had to make your own sofa bed up...

This place badly needs renovations. Looking old and tired. Dirty carpets. Room was spacious. Very disappointed after booking a long time in advance for a couple, and given a room with 2 single beds pushed together with single bedding on it.
The laundry washing machines were ok, but after 2 hours in the dryer they were not dry.
Area was a bit dinghy, but a good supermarket and there were restaurants close by.

Very good location for restaurants and a supermarket (literally right around the corner). Great for the flea market too. Free coffee downstairs and the rooms are well equipped with kitchen items etc . Annoyingly my key stopped working on the 2nd and 3rd mornings so both times Id arrive back full of bags, go upstairs and then have to head back down again to get my key reprogrammed. The room had a very well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, lots of cutlery and dishes, a kettle and even a small dishwasher. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were pretty good and the toilet is in a separate room. This is good, but theres no sink in the toilet room. The presentation of the hotel on the Internet deviates considerably from reality. The lobby is 5 star level but as soon as you get to the room floors you are in for a nasty surprise. Completely dirty carpet, broken walls and doors, hotel room doors that jam and squeak. The apartments are clean and well equipped, but they are also getting on in years.
