Excellent staff , excellent hotel and excellent location. What more could you want. We had a really great time in this hotel. We were so lucky to be given early check in which so appreciated as we had a very early start that morning . Our room was a family room and so spacious with everything you could need. We loved everything about Craves hotel...

Highly recomended hotel in the center, 2 minutes walk from restaurants,bar, stores. The staff is kindfull so much, service is great, facilites have all.you needed. The food tasty, coffee, dthe place designed as boutique hotel.
Thr bed is confy, the food is good.
I will definately come back to this hotel

Another great 0lace in the Centre of Bruxelles.
Right by the Bourse with a very busy and lively middle Eastern restaurant. The rooms are interestingly decorated , yest again total lack of cupboards is a pain for longer stay but the rest was great.all areas are very clean and staff most helpful...

I was directed to this hotel via my works travel software and found out that for a 3* hotel it had high reviews. The most confusing first experience is that the hotel looks very much like a restaurant, without the word Hotel being easily visible on the outside, but the reception is situated at the back of the dining hall being hard to see from the door. Craves hotel is a super nicely decorated boutique hotel with small cute touches like a retro phone and flowery water bottle. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Craves is not your standard hotel and thats what I like about it. Felt immediately at home....
