Central location but near some noisy bars. We were ok as we weren't at the front of the building. Close to everything. Photos on website bit misleading for rooms, very basic, tv not straight on wall, few carpet stains. Breakfast could have been hotter. Cold items fine. In walking distance to everything, Reception staff helpful. We booked a package through Eurostar so value for money...

I was looking for budget hotel as a solo traveller near Grand Place and I got it in Floris Hotel Arlequin and I was happy with this booking, But the room was very small and stuffy, even the corridors were stuffy. As we checked in the receptionist during the day was very rude and you can see that he treated other people differently and telling us to be quiet. We booked 4 rooms there and none of the air conditioning was working which we had to open the windows to get air in. Reading reviews on this site had me wondering! Have I booked a decent place to stay in the centre of Brussels?
We arrived late afternoon in early June 24 for a 3 night break and found it easily using Google maps within 5 minutes walk of Brussels central railway station.
Reception and the staff there were great, lovely bar area with seats to relax if there was a queue or delay.

It was very good value for money. Location was ideal, near main square. Breakfast was a good variety of cooked and continental. And we liked the relaxed bar for evening drink. Yes it could do with a bit of updating. But it was clean and that is the main thing...
