I stayed in Room 215, where I experienced an issue with the heatingthe heater wasnt working, and the room was very cold. Anouar was the staff member who came to assist me. He brought in a new heater and, even though the room was still cold, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

What I have paid was the most expensive ever paid for Brussels and the service that I have received was the poorest ever received worlwide.
Really disappointed as a regular customer of IHG group.
If you have to stay here, in any case do not accept room 717....

Just come back from Brussels and enjoyed every minute. Especially the hotel. Room was so clean and the bed was massive. The staff were really friendly and the drinking water (including ice cold soda) stations outside the room were lovely. Check out is at midday which gives you so much time to pack. My only complaint is that we didnt stay longer. And the plants and greenery are amazing!...

We booked this hotel on the basis of the pictures on their website, which however looked nothing like the hotel in reality. The reception area, bar and restaurant have been refurbished and looked lovely however the rooms were awful. Cracks in the walls, outdated showers and very small size even though we stayed in an upgraded room! The reception staff were extremely slow and unprofessional- it took us around 2 hours ...

I have been at this hotel many times for (mainly) business, but this was my first visit as a Diamond Elite. I had to check in late due to my Eurostar being delayed (once again). Check in went smooth, I did not even have to ask for my breakfast benefit as the hotel already assumed I wanted to use, which was correct.
