Two very good stays
Travelled on 03/2026
Stayed here two times in a period over a week, and both stays were very good. I was recognised as a diamond elite member, and a member of staff at the breakfast restaurant still recognised me from my previous visit a couple of months ago. I got upgraded to a premium room with sofa bed.
My only feedback would be that I had to ask the for the invoices while it was promised to be sent to me two times (for each stay)....

Located in a business district near North station. Convenient if arriving by train from the airport. A tram (or taxi) ride is required if arriving via Eurostar to the South station.
City center is easily walkable via pedestrian only road, there's a large shopping mall across the road and a large metro/tram/bus station adjacent to a hotel.

Large imposing building 40 minute walk from MIDI station and next to subway. Friendly staff and rooms large and well appointed. Nice comfortable bed. Breakfast really good with great choices in the Serra restaurant. Bar had a private function...

Good stay, but with little green lights

Good stay. Got a status upgraded to a higher category room. Nice staff, some of which recognised me from previous stays. The only thing thats annoying I this hotel, is that some of the rooms have a LED behind a screen that emits a green led that can be bothersome. Some rooms have the screen directly above the bed. Making it even more prominently present....
