The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, where you can catch a direct train to and from the airport. The main shopping street is just outside the hotel and leads all the way to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. There's also a shopping mall directly across the street.

The hotel has a great location and a delicious, varied breakfast. I especially loved the water station on the floor, where you can refill special bottles as much as you need. This is my second visit and I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel...

This hotel has the very worst Internet service that I've seen in the past 30 years. Indigo Hotel basically have year 1995 Internet speed. Just aweful. I had to use my own cell phone service from Scandinavia to be able to work. No business traveler should ever stay at this hotel....

Slipping standards

I stay in Indigo regularly and unfortunately have noticed the standards slipping. Recently Ive regularly encountered blocked sinks or shower drains and the cleanliness is not where it should be - a cleaning cloth was in the bathroom of my room when I checked in and I left it on purpose on the bathroom floor to see if itd be removed during the daily cleaning - it wasnt. I really wanted to rate this hotel higher, and I am still giving it four stars because there were several things we genuinely liked about our stay.
The hotel itself is very nice. It was clean, the staff was friendly for the most part, and the property has a unique and interesting atmosphere inside. The design and overall vibe of the hotel were definitely positives.
