Good stay, but with little green lights

Good stay. Got a status upgraded to a higher category room. Nice staff, some of which recognised me from previous stays. The only thing thats annoying I this hotel, is that some of the rooms have a LED behind a screen that emits a green led that can be bothersome. Some rooms have the screen directly above the bed. Making it even more prominently present....

I had an early departure at 7 today and there was no way to have a coffee since its week end, unless you pray on your knees. Thats what I did, with all the staff looked at me very badly. No problem . But.
They have a box to take away, got to know it only when I saw another client asking for it. When I complained at the check in desk why they didnt tell me instead of making me begging for a coffee, a very rude...

Ideal hotel for visiting the sights of Brussels city. The hotel has a quirky but nice wildlife conservation type theme with animal sounds playing through the speakers at the lifts on each floor, a nice touch.
The hotel is located on the square at Rogier metro station so very easy to get to. The rooms although compact were very nicely decorated and included amenities you would expect from a decent city hotel. Brus...

Bed was comfy, room a bit small but it was OK. Bathroom was well equipped but tiny. If you're on the larger side of life I wouldn't recommend here.
Coffee machine in the room, no kettle.

The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious, snug, cozy comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, appropriate shower supplied with washing creams and hair lotions.
