Very comfortable, quiet and well located, but beware the "deposit" (after the room has already been fully paid)!

Very comfortable hotel, right in the centre of Brussels, but nicely quiet at night.
The one thing to watch out for is their charging policy: we were asked to pay for our 3 nights fully in advance (which other Brussels hotels I have stayed in don't do), but then on top, I had to give them my credit card for a 250 "refundable deposit". A charming hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we found the location was quiet but close to many shops & good places to eat and only a short walk to the tram or buses. Making it easy to get around.
The hotel was charming and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very quiet at night and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable, so we slept very well.
We would definitely stay here again....

I had the most amazing stay at Le Châtelain. The hotel combines elegance with comfort, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent. Its also close enough to the city so that you can explore it easily and yet it is tucked away in a quiet area that makes it feel like a retreat. Cute family-run hotel with very nice staff.
We booked this hotel for attending a wedding during the weekend as it was well located in a beautiful area of Brussels and fairly priced.

I was welcomed very well at the hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly the bed very comfortable. I will definitely come again....
