Very good hotel, highly recommended. Fab, clean, fun and family friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had lots of fun there. My girl loved to go outside and explore the city full of history and different cultures people. Really enjoyed it....

Very friendly staff and enormous room.
First time Ive been in a hotel room with a separate bathroom and toilet.
Big room, comfortable beds and good range of channels on TV.
Do a nice little room service and the breakfast is nice,
Most interesting the room comes with a weighing scales.
Maybe thats for measuring before and after the sugar waffles!...

Amazing with the only downfall being the breakfast buffet, which was a little small with limited selections. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The staff are so helpful. I would stay again if in Brussels. The location is fantastic and right in the city....

We have just returned from an exceptional stay of two nights at Le Chatelain, booked via our Eurostar trip.
Absolutely superb hotel in a very nice district - the entire staff team are really delightful, welcoming and friendly .... from the Reception Team (day and evening) to the lovely housekeeping team also.
Our superior double room was spacious, immaculately clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and equipped ...

Do not book this hotel! The rooms are worn and the treatment from the staff is among the worst I have experienced. Have traveled a lot and have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. The hotel was evacuated due to a fire in a combined property and due to widespread fire smoke in the hotel. The guests were directed to a nearby gym and the sidewalk where stretchers and blankets were distributed, and where we w...
