I order breakfast in my room then it comes missing some items while they include it at the bill then I called reception bc theres no number to call the room service directly to surprised with the rudest way of the reception guy while he asked me to go to restaurant bc its not his business I told him I order in my room bc I dont want to down and you are ...

A wonderful hotel, beautiful room, great breakfast and very close to the center and to the bus for the airport. Very happy and lucky to stay there. We also had the chance to visit the restaurant and we enjoyed it very much, delicious, great ambience and quiet!
We were only a bit disappointed of not having a small fridge inside the room which of course to be fair its not obligatory....

Hôtel Marivaux - Brussels.

To start, check in was unfriendly - we were told in no uncertain terms, 1. We were early and 2. Non!! We cannot first see the room they want to allocate! The room - Delux king , is drab, not very delux and looks into an enclosed quad, void of any aesthetic view!. I waited a long time to be able to visit Brussels and so far, the experience isnt a good one! Dont book this hôtel....

Wonderful stay

Stayed at the Marivaux hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Brussels, in a great location close to Dr Brouckere metro & Brussels Noord train station and the main shopping streets. Smooth early check-in, friendly reception staff. Big comfortable bed, flat screen tv, mini fridge & a safe & a nice rain shower. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Brussels....

Good base close to all amenities within 30 min walk for what we wanted to see. Very clean staff polite and room was massive. We had a very large bedroom with safe loads of storage iron iron board coffee machine plus kettle. Tv and then in bathroom there was a shower plus a separate bath. Toilet was in a separate room as well...
