Good Hotel in a Good Location

Our experience was that this hotel is in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff, modern comfortable and clean rooms and a good breakfast.
An easy and pleasant walk to the sights, shopping, restaurants and transport links in central Brussels.
Would hope to visit again....

The room was niceclean but compact. The staff at check-in were friendly, and they continued to be so when we checked out. They were very accommodating and took care of our bags for two hours while we went for a walk. I would have given a four-star rating, but the breakfast experience led me to reduce it to three stars. The hotel itself is ok, but the customer service at both the reception and restaurant needs improvement. I noticed a tray of mugs, many of which were dirty. But you dont see that because they are put upside down. When I asked staff to check them, the waiter seemed bothered and refused to address the issue, and the receptionist was no better. Not bad but quirky hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights earlier this week. Its not a bad hotel but its quirky - there are 3 different lifts depending on which floor your room is on. Its old and in need of a little refurb. Almost felt deserted even though we were told they were fully booked.
Outside there are at least 6 sex shops and its noisy so ask for a room not facing the main road.
Staff were friendly and helpful....
