2 stars for Hotel location is just fantastic in shopping street and 10min walk to restaurants, 3 min walk to metro
1 star for room size the biggest in Brussels and offer comfy seats and hotel staff were very welcoming and allowed early check in at 10:30 am

Cant say much positive about the hotel itself perhaps only the location, as its in the city center. Our room was facing some water pipes, so it was impossible to open the window. We asked to change rooms, and although they moved us from the 1st to the 5th floor, the new room was again facing a wall. The room was spacious and had both a bathtub and a shower, but the setup was inconvenient, and the hot water in the...

It is a shame, I could have been writing a positive review because this generally ticks all of the boxes. However, I found all of the staff, across the board to be rude and passive aggressive.

I made it very clear before booking that working air-conditioning was non-negotiable. I asked multiple times, and each time I was reassured: Yes, the AC works 100%. That was a lie.
I arrived in the middle of July, during the peak of summer, and the air-conditioning didnt work at all. Not even slightly. The room was hot, stuffy, and completely uncomfortable. I barely slept. My entire night was ruined.

Unwelcoming hotel and the manager, who ought to put things in checks called me a scoundrel

This is a terrible hotel and racist hotel. I had a terrible experience here, i was welcomed by very rude staffs upon checking in. I complained to the manager the next day and she spoke well, I never knew she was part of the disrespectful policy, till my checking out day.
