I love this hotel because it has what so many others don't: enough space, a perfect bed, a cupboard to put your clothes in, a bathtub (!), a wonderful view to lively Grasmarkt, only a 3 minute walk from Bru Centraal in one direction and from the Grand Place in the other -- and chocolates for your welcome....

1. Excellent location in the city center
2. Very friendly and helpful staff
3.Good breakfast with many choices
CONS
1.The coffee machine in the room was broken
2. There was no toilet brush
3.The bathtub drain was almost clogged...

NH should be proud to have staff this excellent. I loved my stay at this hotel, I stayed from 10 to 12 February. It has been a while since I have come across more attentive and service minded staff as I did at this hotel, and it was truly genuine and friendly. You should be proud! Kudos to you!

I always choose this hotel when I go to Bruxelles for business reason. It's easy to reach from the airport by train and it is one minute walking from the central square...

The rooms are small and cold. Attempts to have a suitably hearted in the room proved futile.
