Unfortunately the room was terrible, not fresh at all and you could hear everything from the corridor. But the staff and breakfast was nice...

This was not my first time staying at an NH hotel, and once again it was a very positive experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions.

I stayed 10s of times in NHs, this must be the worst. Rooms in the website look great, mine was awful. The walls had stains and humidity induced deformation. Ventilation of the bathroom was zero. None. Cleanliness was below standard. My impresión is that I got a room that is awaiting refurbishing... but for 800 euros for three nights, it was extremely disappointing. ...

The main advantage of the NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg is clearly its very central location, which is excellent for visiting Brussels on foot. The breakfast was also decent, with a good selection and acceptable quality.
