Amazing and helpful team

I was travelling for business and stayed at the NH Collection Brussels Centre. The staff at the hotel were excellent and so helpful. I was having a very tough time due to a close personal loss and the team who assisted me daily were so helpful and kind they helped me get through a tough week. The facility was also excellent....

The receptionist, Ms. Alma, displayed a rather rude attitude towards me. Although my reservation was for a double room with one double bed, I was given a room with two separate beds. We had a generally enjoyable stay at NH Collection Brussels Centre. The location is excellent, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself has a stylish, inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the entire space smelled lovelyfresh and well-maintained.
