The hotel is very nicely located, a few minutes walk from Grande Place and has good value for money. The breakfast is superb, with a view on the roofs of Bruxelles. I enjoyed the possibility to use the gym 24/7. My only problem was to set the room temperature: it was unbelievably warm (although the outside temperature was quite cold) and it was extremely difficult to set the thermostat on the wall. Clean and Modern in Central Brussels

We spent 2 nights here when visiting Brussels.
We arrived from the airport, and they stowed our luggage while we started exploring. Front desk was helpful - they provided a map, and clear directions, for the metro, to visit the Antomium. Check in later in the day was fast an easy.

I am struggling to get a proper invoice for my first two nights, 8-9 March 2026, yet he hotel is not responding at all, althouhg is a matter of basic decency. As a Titaniun Member, I was naive to expect at least some reaction, such an ackowledment of my email receipt, but the hotel clearly couldn' t care less. It was definitely my last stay at NH Collection BRUSSELS CENTRE....
