Great location for first time visitors

We arrived by train to Brussels Central station and were happy with the short walk to hotel. A great base for getting the train or meeting points for tours as well as close to lots of sights and restaurants. Room had all we needed. Daily maid service. Great air conditioning in this heatwave was a life saver for us not used to such heat. One lift broken down so that slowed things a bit but man was there trying to fix ...

First, I believe most people choose this hotel because of its location, and on this alone it deserves full marks. A stone's throw from Central Station and Grand Market, with many restaurants nearby. Service is also excellent. On our last day at check out, there was a protest outside the station. Reception staff went out of their way to help and advise us on possible alternatives to get to airport. Housekeeping staff ...

The location is simply superb -- just outside the railway station and a few minutes' walk to the city center. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the reception staff were very helpful and courteous.
We had a triple room which is just big enough for three adults. Although it's in a busy area, the room was quiet thanks to the double-glazed windows.

The location of this hotel is excellentjust a short walk from Brussels Central Station and Grand Place, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a major issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working. We reported it, but were informed that no technician was available to fix it. We also requested a room change, but were told that no alternative rooms were available....

In the heart of Brussels!

We stayed at Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place during the Christmas season, and the location was outstanding. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Grand Place, Christmas markets, restaurants, and most major attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Brussels.
The rooms were comfortable but could use some updating and were not quite at the same level as the hotel's prime location.
