This is probably the worst 4-star hotel Ive stayed in 2 stars would be more appropriate.
We stayed there last week during a very hot spell in Brussels. Despite having paid for air conditioning when we booked, the hotel refused to turn it on.
Cons:
- No air conditioning
- Elevator out of order
- Breakfast quality well below expectations
- Strong smell of solvents throughout the hotel
- Unfriendly staff

There is absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. It is definitely not 4-star standards. We booked two nights but couldn't stand staying more than one.
The elevator was not working, the breakfast was terrible, the bar was out of order, the gym too, the toilet in our room was not working, and they refused to turn on the air condition despite a heatwave hitting the town. The latter forced us to check out after...

This hotel appears to be nice, looks good apart from the two dead trees outside, and the room we had was pleasantly spacious. The staff have been lovely. I cant comment on the food as we did not eat here. What brings the eating down for us is there limited use of air conditioning ! The site and room say they are all air conditioned, but it forgets to say only a few hours a day rotating with other hotel floors. I co...

A stay that highlighted clearly inadequate management.
We arrived as an organized group, with a scheduled and known arrival time for the property. Despite this, at 5:00 p.m. the room key cards were still not available. Very disappointing stay at the Augustin. The room was a decent size but nothing worked. The a/c didn't work despite being reported 3 times to the front desk. The fridge didn't work at all. The Netflix & Youtube didn't work on the TV. The breakfast was OK but not 4* standard at all. We raised all these issues multiple times with the hotel but nothing was done to resolve them.
