Very large room - decor a bit pink for me :)

Shower over the tub a bit weak to be honest and I couldnt get the shower head to point down without holding it!
Bit bizarre was that when I stood in the shower anyone looking through the porthole window in the bathroom from the building opposite would have a bit of a shock as no blinds

Well situated midways between Gare du Midi and Grand Place. Clean and quiet surroundings around hotel with nice and serviceminded staff. Suits people that likes to walk a bit, for us with kids aged 10-13 years it was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was fitness room, to small and lack of equipment in it. Breakfast was ok, no more. But used to scandinavian breakfast so have high expectations. Would maybe not rat...

We had booked rooms months ago as a family. When we reached at 0100 pm, we were informed that rooms were not ready and were requested to go out and come back later. We left the luggage and were assured by the manager that rooms would be ready by the time we are back. Since we had a tour booked from 0300 pm, we came back at 1000 pm only to be shocked to find out that they had given our rooms to someone else and had ...

Perfectly adequate if somewhat basic hotel. Room comfortable and suited our needs for a one night stay. Did not have obvious step free access which was not good when you have heavy suitcases. Walk from the main station was not far but not through a very nice part of the city. Would probably look for somewhere slightly better if staying in Brussels again. Having said that I would certainly not tell anyone to avoid it....
