Disappointed
Travelled on 09/2025
Very disappointed with this hotel. This was booked by my daughter as a birthday treat for me.
The photos of a classic room on the website are very misleading.

Great Hotel.
They upgraded us to a deluxe room (105).Huge room. Bed was comfy, room spotless. Hotel bar and breakfast area were excellent. Would definitely recommend
Only downside is the area between the station and the hotel. Lots of work going on and a lot of rough sleepers....

Room was spacious and had everything we needed.
There is building work outside the hotel currently but it didnt affect our stay at all.
Shema gave us absolutely fantastic customer service during our stay, he was so helpful, friendly and funny any tim...

The hotel is walkable from Brussels Midi in about 12 minutes but not through the nicest of areas, especially close to the station, a taxi is only about 10 euro. Part of the problem is the building of a new Metro line/station, nothing to do with the hotel.
Once at the hotel though it is an oasis of quiet and calm. A lovely building with character. Very clean, smart. Our room faced the front with a Juliet balcony, was ...
