The hotel was a complete letdown. My room had no air conditioning, and despite my complaints, nothing was done. The red rug was covered in black stainsand lets just say, there were other stains Id rather not describe. Im writing this review as a warning to anyone considering staying at Scott Hotel. My experience with this hotel was a nightmare, and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for accommodations.

The treatment we received from this hotel was absolutely disgusting. We had a family emergency and contacted the hotel to see if we could alter our reservation. Instead of showing any understanding, the hotel manager mocked our situation, even going as far as accusing us of pretending. He laughed at our misery, which I find extremely unprofessional.

Overall stay was absolutely wonderful! My family and I arrived very early Sunday morning we took a uber from Airport to the Scott Hotel it took us 20 minutes - half an hour to get there. The location was great! It was safe to walk and most of the time quiet and pleasant. The hotel let us leave our luggages while waiting for the check in time. Cozy hotel for book lovers

The rooms are very cozy and nice. The hotel is in very cool Art Deco style. The beds are nice and we had a bath tub. The breakfast is good. We had a coffeemachine in the room, but they never refilled the coffee-pods for our three days stay. We got a candy at arrival. Only downside is that the elevator can only take 3 people and is a bit slow, so you had to wait sometimes....
