I like the hotel

It was comfortable to stay in the hotel, the staff was so good!
The hotel was near the metro station. The hotel was clean, rooms were very comfortable.
I like the hotel and will stay in the hotel during my next trips as well.

The area around Yadoya Hotel feels unsafe, with dodgy characters and prostitutes hanging around the surrounding side streetsdefinitely not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. The hotel is right on a noisy main road which is dirty and there were piles of rubbish outside, you can also hear the traffic from the room and it was loud! The room we were first given was unpleasant, when we got into bed we realised the bed...

Yadoya is a charming hotel located near the Brussels business center. It is exceptionally clean, quiet, and staffed by very professional and friendly personnel. The breakfast is excellent, classic continental. The hotel comes highly recommended....

Not a 4 star hotel - much better options available for cost

Positives: very nice and helpful staff, good location
Negatives: extremely uncomfortable bed, not very clean, cheap tiny bath towels, heating control panel didnt work well, very noisy road. Also local area doesnt look great but is close to supermarket and main shopping area...

Great location for an overnight stop

Stayed in quadruple room as a family of four. It had one double and two single beds plus a good size shower room. Also a Nespresso machine!
Very comfortable, excellent location and extremely helpful staff. Easy short walk to central Brussels and handy parking around the corner.
Only negative was the noise from the main road outside at night but would happily stay here again....
