Everything was very good and perfectly organized. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent very convenient and close to everything we needed.
The staff was very friendly and professional. I would especially like to mention the Albanian guy at the reception he was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. He made our stay even better with his positive attitude and willingness to assist us with everything....

Upon arrival, the air conditioner in my reserved room was not working. As a solution, I was offered another room located on floor -1 (room 011). This room had no window, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I was traveling with my 5-month-old baby. A windowless room is not suitable for an infant due to the lack of natural light and proper ventilation.

rounded with drug dealers
rooms okay, but you get loud and noisy neighbours as cocaine makes them sleepless and loud
My room shower head had no water pressure struggled to shower...

It was comfortable to stay in the hotel, the staff was so good!
The hotel was near the metro station. The hotel was clean, rooms were very comfortable.
I like the hotel and will stay in the hotel during my next trips as well.
