This Hotel is directly opposite the Gare Mid/Zuid. Easy to get to....For all you who get lost out there go to Google maps and walk around the area on Street view before going simples. The area, I agree is not the most salubrious, a bit 'Industrial, Urban' but that's what you get in a City centre. I must admit the amount of people hanging around the entrance (Station and Hotel) doesn't lend itself to being safe. Once...

It is terrible, the hotel room is very small and has nothing except old TV and three beds! The staff is way too evil, he let us to the wrong way when we were asking for police station. There are also many blackmans hanging around. MY MONEY GET STOLEN IN THE STATION!!!!...

Very close to the Eurostar terminal and express trains to Brugges/Ghent etc.
The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. This was the only plus of our stay
We arrived at 17.00 hours and told abruptly that our room was not ready!! Eventually we were offered a room, there was no welcome to the hotel or directions to lift/room.
No coffee or milk in the room and we continually had to ask at reception for replenis...

This hotel is across the road from Brussels midi, where we stayed for 1 night only before having to catch a very early train the next day. We arrived in the evening, but there was still someone at reception who spoke good English. They put us in a room suitable for wheelchairs, which we hadn't booked. The room was very big and had 3 beds, presumably one for a carer. The beds were good and we had a good night sleep. T...

Good hotel, near great transportation links to rest of country and elsewhere

Location is great for Gare Midi train station which is really good basis for exploring elsewhere in Belgium. Arrived early so left luggage. When returned check in fine, room really nice, good size, bathroom fine, even the paper cups okay.
Problem with lack of TV remote was swiftly resolved when mentioned and choice of TV included BBC1 and 2 and ITV - all in English which was great.
