I've been to lots of Ibis hotels around the world and always enjoyed the hotel, but this was a bit different.
The bed mattress was very stiff and my back was sore every night.
The A/C didn't had to option to cool the air. It could only heat.
That was terrible. I called the reception to report the issue and they sent a technician who just said that at this time of the year there is no option for cool mode.

Good hotel with good breakfast spread. However, the service fr the reception is not exactly pleasant . Our first day of arrival on our holiday . Do not feel the friendliness of the reception at all. Checkin is so so slow . They made us wait so long to don the checkin as we have 6 pax n booked 3 twin bed rooms. So it was a birthday trip as I do every year to places I've never been. I stayed at an Ibis in Estonia and loved the hotel. So I chose this one in Romania. I got a handicap room as I am not handicapped. I love to eat and drink and the food was great. My drinks were phenomenal. My bartender Nicolette was amazing. My drinks were freaking awesome. A week ago I was supposed to attend a conference organized at this hotel. I wanted to enter the hotel parking, given that there was no sign that there are no parking spaces. Before I could get a parking ticket, the guard came and started yelling at me how dare I want to enter the parking without asking his permission and told me that there were no more spaces.
