This was a hotel included in a business class BA holiday and it was pretty disappointing. Located a little way out of the city centre the hotel was functional but quirky.
For example, there is a pillar rising up through the hotel and this was only matter of a few centimetres from our bed. This made it more difficult to get out of the bed than it needed to be.

Unfortunately Moxa Hotel was a disappointment. The first morning there was no hot water which was discovered at 6 AM. The hotel staff tried to solve the issue but it required maintenance. Ultimately hot water was restored but not a problem you want to deal with at 6 AM after arriving from over seas. The following evening, after a hot day, the AC was not working. The hotel staff was very unhelpful and had us knock on ...

I had a truly pleasant experience here from start to finish. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt fresh and tidy, creating the kind of comfort you rarely find unless people really take pride in their work.
