Highlights
- The best experience was for sure the complete Moxy crews with positive energy and genuine attitude, from the check in to the breakfast service to the late checkout
- As Elite Bonvoy member I was offered a highest flow room with balcony. Therefore, I had a wonderful city view of the old town.

Accused of damaging the secondary door catch we didnt use

I had a lovely stay in Bucureşti at the Moxy. On arrival I noticed the secondary door lock looked loose. We never use this to lock the door so I didnt mention it to reception but did mention it to someone who worked in housekeeping. Unfortunately I am not a complaining type of person. If you want to stay in the heart of Bucharest, Moxy Old Town is a fantastic choice.

We have booked five rooms between us with seven people staying (two couples) at the end of the tour which was part of the Enescu Festival. Checked in very late as it was around 1:30am, friendly reception/bar staff were very helpful. Bar was open until 3am so all of us met for a drink and then retired to comfortable rooms. The only complaint would be the quality of the food. The breakfast options not a lot of hot food and the food that was there looked good but actually didnt taste that good although this is extremely minor as overall this is amazing hotel and one I would deffo recommend !!...
