The Moxy Bucharest Old Town is a friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a little noisy (recommend getting 5th floor or as high as possible to avoid street noise) and wish they provided more than just 2 pillows, but otherwise a great place. Highly recommend!...

- The best experience was for sure the complete Moxy crews with positive energy and genuine attitude, from the check in to the breakfast service to the late checkout
- As Elite Bonvoy member I was offered a highest flow room with balcony. Therefore, I had a wonderful city view of the old town.

Accused of damaging the secondary door catch we didnt use

I had a lovely stay in Bucureşti at the Moxy. On arrival I noticed the secondary door lock looked loose. We never use this to lock the door so I didnt mention it to reception but did mention it to someone who worked in housekeeping. Unfortunately I am not a complaining type of person. We have booked five rooms between us with seven people staying (two couples) at the end of the tour which was part of the Enescu Festival. Checked in very late as it was around 1:30am, friendly reception/bar staff were very helpful. Bar was open until 3am so all of us met for a drink and then retired to comfortable rooms.
