Horrible service at front desk and room service.
Noisy. Can hear sirens all night long.
Didnt have coffee in the room as they advertise. They said they ran out on two different rooms. Hotel unkept.

Hotel is very well located, off of Michigan Ave and walking distance from the Chicago River and the Riverwalk. In general, the hotel needs a make over as soon as possible. Sad looking once inside. The room was fine except dirty cleaning material or trash from the previous guest was left behind. The room's safe didn't work. The TV remote's battery cover was broken. Continental breakfast: poor. The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly, I arrived at 1:00PM and they held all 3 of my luggage until my check-in. Check-in was earlier than 4:00PM. I originally booked the incorrect dates for my stay, but the staff was prompt and helpful in my experience! Additionally, the room is clean and all of the amenities are in good condition. Lets be very clear here, if are looking for a comfortable bed to sleep and warm shower as bare minimum, this place is ok.
Location is good, staff is ok, elevator could be an issue depending on the situation.
Apparently mini fridge is a commodity here, so make sure you pick the room with one.
Looking for an experience? Just pay a little more and get somewhere else.

A really awful hotel in a good location. No Internet, No AC, noisy, elevators dont work, not vet clean. Front desk said sorry cant do anything about internet, technician tried to fix ac , no luck. Do yourself a favor spend $50 more and stay at any of the nicer places surrounding this place....
