My husband and I stayed at Swissotel Chicago for our 1 year anniversary. The hotel was amazing, and so was the view, we weren't far from the train station that we arrived from. But apparently they charge a fee if your late for check in, they should've been our first indicator of how this trip would go. My husband was charged half of the payment 2 days prior to our trip and we were told that was a deposit, then we arr...
