I absolutely loved my stay at the Swissôtel Chicago. The rooms were beautifully immaculate, the views from my room were absolutely amazing and most of all, the excellent customer service that I received from Ms. Kia that was at the front desk will most certainly keep me wanting to return again and again. Would definitely recommend!...
