We had a lovely overnight stay at this fantastic hotel, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The check-in staff was patient when I had a credit card issue. Also appreciated assistance provided by Kia Mcclellan from front desk....

An absolute amazing hotel with some spectacular views of the city! The glow of the city at night entices, romance and spectacle! I stayed in the room that allow the view of both the river into the city on one side and Navy pier and the lake on the other. I think I found my favorite new hotel in Chicago! Great stay for business and leisure trip to Chicago, good location, small bathrooms, overall pretty clean room, helpful staff, nice conference rooms, valet service was helpful and did a fine job, easy to doordash food to the lobby, would stay again...

The Swissotel is in a great location. The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and kind. Raquel, Manny, and Simoun gave us top notch service throughout our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chicago....
