I had to stay an extra night because of the weather and I have never been treated so nice!! Simona E. who is the front office manager is amazing at her job! They are very lucky to have her!! Komivi at the Bell Stand/Valet was so kind! Both restaurants are very good with amazing staff and the food is very good!!! I will be going back there with my family!...

Kia was amazing!!!! I had so many questions and she answered all of them and made our stay in Chicago so much better. She is a natural at talking to people, I absolutely loved her energy and spirit. Every staff here was similiar!...
