Ive had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Chicago. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located, and the views over the lake and river are absolutely stunning.
What truly made the experience special, though, was the kindness and care of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Simona and Alfred, whose warmth and generosity made me feel incredibly welcome. Their attention made my stay unforgettable.

10/10 check in experience was great.
Simona was very welcoming and had a positive happy attitude to help us out .
The vibes are amazing , the views are just wonderful.
Will book here again when we come to Chicago !...

On top of my hotel being extremely clean, service since I walked in the door has been incredible starting with Bernard! He always greets me with a smile and is so helpful. The maintenance guy Larry stopped by to check the heater for me, which works great. He was super nice and professional. Amazing stay at the Swissotel! Views & service are unmatched. Had a great tour with Dan Jack who showed us the 42nd meeting space. We were blown away by rhe views!...
