Great location,close to Hyatt under pedestal 3 minutes to get to my meeting.Lobby was very warm and welcoming I really enjoyed the lighting after 5 pm . I had breath taking views of Lake Michigan. Enjoyed the shower separate from the Tub. . I wanted to send a shout out to Kia at the front desk she was very accommodating with a late check out . Will be visiting soon for a leisure stay. Thanks for a great stay...

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have a great experience. The rooms are so nice with a great view of Lake Michigan. The front desk has been exceptionally nice, especially Kia....

Such an amazing hotel! Bernard at the front desk was incredible he went above and beyond to make my stay great. He gave me so many helpful local recommendations and was always willing to help with anything I needed. I had a great trip and an incredible view of the Riverwalk!...
