I really enjoyed the vibe of the Swissotel.
Great location. Friendly, HELPFUL and professional employees!!! The rooms were well appointed and had a good clean up to date look. Beds and pillows are important, they were good and comforable. They had yummy breakfast sandwiches (we used our Urban Experience Fee). I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The room and view was amazing. Kia in Swiss Service was the absolute best. This stay was a 10/10.the amenities are wonderful....

I always enjoy staying at the Swissôtel Chicago. The location is fantastic, and the rooms consistently feel spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. A special shout-out to Kia, who is always so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warmher positive energy truly elevates the experience. The service here makes every stay feel seamless and enjoyable. I look forward to returning again soon....
