Great concept

This location close to the airport in Florence Italy was chosen for us by our Travel Agent. It was extremely convenient for walking to a great restaurant and getting a taxi to and from the airport. It reminded us of being in a dormitory situation. The staff was fabulous....

Friendly reception staff. Beautiful rooms. Close to the tram station. 12 noon checkout time is the absolute best plus we were allowed to leave our bags and collect them later....

The hotel is conveniently located just two stops away from the airport by tram, about 30 minutes from the city center by tram, and a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop. The lack of a nearby supermarket is a drawback, but the hotel's on-site convenience store, though small, is well-stocked with food items. The lobby features an ice machine and a microwave. Not somewhere I would stay again basic traveller accomodation

Hotel part of a group stay. Limited breakfast options for gluten free and lactose free. No fruit and always breakfast was busy. Rooms small and bathrooms shower unless the head doesnt even stay up so you have to hold it. Noisy near if you are near elevator and staff no very friendly. Disappointed stay would look for other options....

It's a excellent hotel with a excellent service.
The breakfast is very good and there are food machines....
