My wife and I went on a weekend gateway in Florence and the booking was a bit spur of the moment and didn't have the time to fully check out other locations. We had several issues with our stay, but no issues with the staff and would like to thank them for their helpfulness and well-mannerism.

I want to start my review by saying that I was impressed by the staff. Especially Mari and Alessandro who welcomed me on my first day. They helped me during my stay by giving me tips, booking tours and restaurants and etc... I also wanna mention Manuele who was also very supportive and recommended me a city named Lucca.
