I want to start my review by saying that I was impressed by the staff. Especially Mari and Alessandro who welcomed me on my first day. They helped me during my stay by giving me tips, booking tours and restaurants and etc... I also wanna mention Manuele who was also very supportive and recommended me a city named Lucca. The rooms of the hotel are the worse part, beds very uncomfortable my bed dipped so much in the middle I had a bad back everyday I tried trying it around but made it worse. The toilet splashed out every time you flushed it which wasnt very good and also the shower door didnt shut.
There is no storage for clothes apart from one rail with 6 hangers. The staff were happy to help with directions and tours etc couldn...

Receptionist Alessandro was bery supportive person. Whole stay was nice including breakfast, parking lot and whole service....
