We stayed at the hotel as a transit before flying out the following day . Staff were friendly and always willing to help . Rooms were clean and more than adequate in terms of size. Hotel also situated close to the airport and not far from the city centre...

We initially booked the B&B Novoli down the street, but I suspect due to Novoli getting a large group and needing our room, they moved us to this hotel. We were not thrilled because we choose hotels carefully. While for us the location was not as good because the walk to our favorite restaurant was longer, the weather was decent enough to not be a problem. The beds were a bit soft esp for my husband with back problem...

Cozy room close to the airport and trams

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and cozy. I can recommend for anyone who would like to stay a few nights for the hotel is near airport and close to a tram that is in 15 minutes or so in the city centre....

I had a great day and just wanted to give a special mention to Hassan who really made the experience standout he was incredibly friendly helpful and went out of his way to give me clear local directions and make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Mystay at the hotel was made even more enjoyable thanks to interacting with him. I also wanted to mention another member of staff whose name I didnt catch maybe Bub...

My stay was belissimo!
A fabulous hotel, in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to Firenze Rifredi railway station! Rooms are basic, but have everything you could possibly need, and were always kept lovely and clean!
