Hotel met our needs for two nights but wouldn't want to stay any longer. Shower head did not work and we had to take it off and shower as if with a hose. This was the case in both of our rooms. Younger adults in our group did not like the twin beds, but they were comfortable and we slept well. Younger members liked the vending machine that even had alcohol. What made the experience of staying here so great, was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. I was ablt to borrow and adapter for my electronic equipment. The breakfast selection was decent for the price. Also, only about an 8 minute walk from the tram line. They had an automated system that checked in on you daily. Thanks for a great experience! ...

B&B Firenze Nuovo Palzzo di Giustizia visit was good. Stayed with a large tour group, service was good, facilities were aqeuate, room was very comfortable. My room was 301 - faced the alley behind / to the side of the hotel. Was peaceful - other rooms facing the main road were reported to be a little bit loud with traffic noise. Would stay again, excellent value for the money. Enjoyed the vending machine pasta....

The location is a little bit far form the city center, but in a clean area, with public transportation at 500 m away, the room was cleaned every day, the space was enough, very comfortable....

Because the lek of balcony door maintenance.. Can't sleep ..All the outside street noises came into the room.....
