This hotel is in a wonderful location close to everything worth doing in Milan but there are a few reasons it only gets 4 stars rather than 5. Mainly, the front desk staff could be more friendly. Questions about things to try and see could have been handled in a friendlier way. They always seemed too busy to help. The second problem is the rooms do not get cool enough at night. I stayed here for 2 nights last year and enjoyed my stay here. Nice room, good size, good bathroom, good location to duomo, and a metro stop. Helpful staff. Room service was good when I needed something. Would recommend to others as a place to stay....

Extremely Disappointed My Belonging Was Stolen

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. During my stay, I had to place my grey hat inside the ceiling recess of my room (321) to block an annoying flashing red light that made it impossible to sleep. When I checked out, I immediately contacted the hotel to retrieve it.

We booked this hotel for a 1 night stay for a weekend Christmas market break. The location is perfect less than 5 minutes walk to the duomo.
As you walk in theres a large reception area with a checkerboard floor. Check in time was 1pm which is earlier than we are used to, but this was great as we could leave some of our stuff in the room before heading back out again.

The room was dated, with evident signs of damp and mould in the bathroom. Despite paying for a larger room, the bedroom was much smaller than advertised. The staff were unfriendly, and the overall experience did not reflect a 4-star standard. There was a persistent musty smell in the hallways, which added to the disappointment.
