The hotel was extremely friendly and very well run. The room and bed were both very comportable and amazingly quiet for the location. The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant staff friendly and courteous....

We have been coming here for many years just love this place. It feels like home here in Florence. The desk staff is one of the reasons we return their helpful, efficient and make you feel special. The location could not be any better. You are right in the middle of everything you want to do and see in Florence....

Hotel location in center of city by duomo, fantastic view from room of the dome. Hotel is super clean, very well done, quiet with windows closed! Staff very attentive to any need....
