We stayed as a couple at the Cellai Hotel in Florence, chosen for its excellent location near both the train station and the citys main attractions. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpfulmaking us feel right at home.

We love this hotel and it was our second time here.
Perfect location, walking distance from main attractions downtown.
Very nice, cozy, romantic, unique ambience.
The staff is wonderful, very professional, kind, helpful and attentive to customers' needs.
Breakfast is very good with a great selection and also delicious home baked cakes.

Have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay and will definitely visit again.
We loved Florence and the Hotel Cellai epitomises the warmth, style and charm of the city.
It is a beautiful unspoilt gem. While not big compared to modern chain hotels it is comfortable and chic and has a real depth of character that the larger, somewhat soulless larger brand hotels can only dream of.

The hotel was excellent, clean, and great staff. Breakfasts were always ready on days we were leaving early and we're wonderful. Great location, easy access, and rooms were awesome....
