We had a fantastic time in Florence and absolutely loved staying at Hotel Cellai. The hotel is stunning and each room is different. Our bedroom was amazing with a four poster bed. The breakfast is great with a really good selection of food, my partner loved the spicy sausage and scrambled eggs. Firstly let me say the staff in the the hotel were all AMAZING!
I will explain the lower rating... this was only given because the Hotel needs work and modernisation. Our smaller room was on a 2nd floor corner and as a result it was really noisy as the street was below (not the hotels fault), but Annoying at times. Lots of stairs and the Elevator is an adventure all by its self. Every door in the hotel squeaked ( s...

The staff were very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for assistance. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was well positioned to access all the museums and galleries. We will stay there again....

An absolutely amazing place to stay. Such charm with adorable design. All the staff was so genuine and helpful. The food, bar and breakfast was amazing and they also have this beautiful rooftop terrace that was one of my favorite parts. A charming place I had the best time staying here, would recommend to anyone wholeheartedly....
