Good value for money and within walking distance of all the main attractions of the beautiful city. Our Classic room was beautiful, with a kettle, fridge and safe and two very comfortable beds. Charming shuttered window onto a street which was very quiet at night. The bathroom was modern and clean with fluffy towels and nice toileteries. - Wonderful historic room, painted ceiling, gorgeous furniture, good WiFi
- Delicious continental breakfast, fresh coffee on request from lovely staff
- Very convenient location, 10 mins walk to edge of centre, 15 more mins to Ponte Vecchio
- Great air conditioning, shampoo & conditioner & body wash & hairdryer provided

We loved Francesca (Great English speaker, great heart) , Donato ( Attentive and professional) and Jeffrey the coffee barista ( he likes Texas bbq) . Lovely multilingual staff.

We were greeted warmly and with the nicest feeling. First problem is unlike the advertizing the hotel is a good 20 min walk from the old city snd the car park is even farther away- 30 min walk from old city.
