We loved Francesca (Great English speaker, great heart) , Donato ( Attentive and professional) and Jeffrey the coffee barista ( he likes Texas bbq) . Lovely multilingual staff.

We were greeted warmly and with the nicest feeling. First problem is unlike the advertizing the hotel is a good 20 min walk from the old city snd the car park is even farther away- 30 min walk from old city.
the room looks warm and cozy but very poorely maintained. had electrical issues and broken toilet

Avoid room 232. The room is very small. The furniture consists of a shabby wardrobe with one bottom drawer (filled with a blanket), a childrens' sized dressing table, and bedside shelves (with peeling dirty paint) pulling off their screw fixings. Fairly basic hotel but friendly staff and good location

The hotel itself is located within walking distance of most attractions, and the railway station, and is fairly easy to find (with google maps!). The room was a bit of an awkward size, but manageable for us with only small cases. The bathroom was a bit small and the door constantly creaked when opened.
