The hotel was very nice and clean.
Our room was on the 5 floor away from all noise.
The breakfast was good, everything we needed was there, and the waiters were very attentive.
In fact all hotel personel was very helpful.
The hotel is placed in the middle of the city, with everything within reach....

Worst experience on my anniversary
Travelled on 05/2025
I made a reservation from 12/5/25 till 15/5/25 for our anniversary.
I entered the hotel and they took my passport for checking in and we went to the room.
The room was in pathetic condition with hair on bed, smell of mold in room and corridors.
My mattress and sofa cum bed was absolutely flat.
In 5 min I came downstairs and told them I am changing the hotel .
They didn't even asked why or what happened, they returned...

Poor , basic hotel

Very basic hotel , the online pictures are not a true reflection of the hotel and rooms . Sink flooded , very , very noisy rooms at the front , fridge is warm ! Breakfast poor - no cutlery , nowhere to sit on two mornings .
Hotel advertises a Bar but it never actually opens !!
Staff are very rude and dont care and even lie to guests .
If I could give this hotel 0 I would as it was so disappointing ....

Worst hotel ever and Ive been traveling for the past 30 years of my life. I emailed them one month before my arrival that we will not be 3 people anymore, we are only 2. They didnt change us to a smaller room or even give us a discount for only 2 people. They had other rooms available when I first booked the hotel months ago I mentioned that it was my 50th bday and couldnt wait to celebrate at the hotel, they didn...

I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. Its a good location to walk in Firenze. The room was comfortable. I wasnt really impressed with the breakfast. It Italy and the coffee was out of a machine. The bar was never open. The desk staff were fun and helpful to me. About a 5-7 min walk to the train station....
