This hotel is well situated to explore the delights of Florence and only a five minute walk from the main train station. It is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a good lounge area in which to relax. It lies on the junction of a relatively busy road and an outdoor market, which was operating on each day of our 3-day stay, so outside noise can be a factor in the bedrooms, although we managed to sl...

I chose this hotel purely for its location and proximity to many of the main sights in Florence city centre. The room was comfortable and clean for 1 person on a solo trip and was serviced daily by house keeping, although the rooms could maybe benefit from some updating/modernisation.

Travelled with Riviera Travel & stayed here for 3 nights.
Very central & easy walking to all of the main attractions. Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes of the hotel.
Large room but in need of some much needed TLC. No view at all from our window, but it is a city centre hotel so not surprised. Despite its location we were not disturbed by any outside noise. Staff on reception were very attentive & keen ...

I had to cancel my trip due to a serious health issue and provided medical documentation well in advance. I reached out with a heartfelt message explaining my situation, but the hotel responded with a generic refusal. Expedia also tried to help, but the hotel declined to make any exceptions.

This was a business trip and we wanted to be close to the Palazzo dei Congressi. It was walking distance. We reserved a triple room online for four days with a discount and free cancellation rate. The hotel charged pre-authorization fee to our credit card 10 days before our arrival. This was without notice. Upon arrival they justify this transaction with a cancellation of the pre authorization fee.
