This charming hotel is very conveniently located. The Happy Hour was nice, and the breakfast buffet was adequate. We were part of a 17-person tour group and arrived at 10:30 AM. Of course, it was too early to check-in, so our luggage was unloaded, and the walking tour began. The group returned to the hotel at 6:00 PM to discover the luggage had not been delivered to the rooms even though rooms had been assigned by...

Stayed for a few days in Florence before attending a wedding in Tuscany. The hotel was in very nice, dignified older building. Despite being in a very busy central location it was very quiet and comfortable. The location was in easy walking distance to the Duomo and major museums, restaurants, shopping and other attractions. Awful customer service

Really really poor service - do not stay here - I booked a double room to stay with my wife. She was no longer able to come, so I emailed saying that I wanted to change to a single (several months in advance) they confirmed this and then charged me for a double room and put me in a single - Its really poor poor service and I would not recommend anyone to stay there...

Amazing Florence hotel. Great location - close to all the sites and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful with any request we had. They have a great breakfast and happy hour appetizers.
We were a family of 4 (19 year old twins) and got the family suite which was 2 stories so we were all together. Twin beds and bathroom on the bottom and king bed and bathroom upstairs.

On our previous trip to Florence, the hotel was closed for refurbishment. Apart from repainting and refreshing everything, I can't say we noticed any difference to a previous visit (apart from the prosecco at breakfast no longer being free!) - which was nice, because there was nothing wrong with it.
