Unless you truly sleep like a rock, look for another option. The hotel is good, breakfast is good, rooms are fine, location is excellent, but the fact is so well located (in front of the train station) makes it very hard to get a proper night's sleep. It's not just noise, me and my wife could FEEL the trains coming/leaving the station. I'm not saying it's like an earthquake, but you CAN feel it, specially at night wh...

Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Florence.

We had wonderful one-night stay in this hotel while visiting the beautiful city of Florence. The location is ideal, being close to the train station and within walking distance of many top attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence!...

Great location but so noisy

The location of this hotel is perfect. A few mins walk from the station and close to the centre of Florence.
We stayed in room 312, which was basic but clean and tidy. The room overlooks the station and was very noisy when the trams go past.
The worst part was the paper thin walls. The noise from the bathroom next door was so loud. I really dont need to hear someone using the toilet or shower!

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station, which was perfect for us on our honeymoon travels through Italy. We were greeted by Luca at the concierge, and he was fantastic, especially when he upgraded our room! The amenities were fantastic, we werent feeling as though we needed anything more for our stay. Breakfast being included was a nice touch, and the offerings set us up for success. I would recommend ...

Nice hotel across from train station

This hotel is right across the street from the Florence train station. Not too much to see in the immediate area but just a block away there are many restaurants and shops. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good. The lobby and gathering places allowed us to get out of our rooms and visit. Staff was friendly and helpful....
