Basic and adequate - Good proximity to attractions - Trams were a bit noisy at night - Very convenient to railway station - Area is a bit sketchy at night with a large number of people loitering about in a threatening manner. Fantastic recent stay at the Delle Nazioni.
We stayed for 2 nights for our honeymoon travelling around Italy, in a Superior room with city view- what a great surprise this was. We were expecting a view of a street maybe, buildings/general city life etc. Instead we got a fantastic view of the Duomo. Would definitely recommend upgrading and we really appreciated having a balcony. We spent a lot of time out on this, so...

Solid 3-star hotel located close to the train station and about 20 minutes from the main square. Beds were memory foam and comfortable. Breakfast included multiple hot items, including eggs and pancakes. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was kind and helpful....

Bad front desk and customer service

Bad customer service they will not help you. The front desk does not care, I gave them two weeks to make things right, Dont go there if your on vacation now I need to voice my opinion...
