Very nice
After check in our first experience, was Marcos at the bar. We were a little late and he made an exception for us.
Served us a wonderful anti pasta, and a Caesar salad
Also, they allow us to keep our bags behind while we toured the city.
All in all, they were very helpful. Can you send the words?...

On the Person who drives the Shuttel - Mr. Giovanni Obiyer

Good hotel but most importantly the person who drives the shuttle - Mr. Giovanni Obiyer is EXCELLENT. He is always on time, very courteous, and a great conversationalist which made all of his passengers feel very much at home.
I hope the hotel management note these comments on Mr. Obiyer and provide incentives for him to continue his excellent services....

Great view of Florence from the Executive Lounge

We stayed here overnight during our travels through Italy. We booked an executive room with a view on the 14th floor (see the photo). The hotel was clean and up to date. There were a coupe of tour busses that had stopped, so breakfast was a bit busy. We had access to the executive lounge on the 15th floor. There was a great view of Florence from the executive lounge that had open outside areas on each side. A ...

Our stay was really pleasant, the staff was very helpful, especially Luca, and the bus service that takes you to the tram station was life saving!.....
