Great Staff and amazing location

The hotel was in an amazing location, easy to walk anywhere. Staff was helpful each day by checking on us or making recommendations for dinners and places to visit. Rooms were of great size and roof top bar was a sight. Would stay again in the future....

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights in May 2026, during a 14 day Italy trip planned and booked by Chris from Destination Masters in Garden Grove, CA. We were met by hotel staff(Michael) upon exiting our taxi. Michael gave us a very warm greeting and immediately attended to our luggage. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of the Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. The room was clean and a good value. The staff recommended good restaurants to us and twice accompanied us to the restaurant. The daily breakfast was very good. The staff in general was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable and safe....

Top location 1 min from ponte vecchio bridge , 5 mins from official 10 from dome....
Staff courteous, professional and always available. Breakfast, top quality, great ingredients and choice.. .. quality roof top bar.. we stayed in penthouse suite, unbelievable..... we loved every minute of our stay.... sure we will return......
