The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the train station if you don't have too much luggage. Staffcwas knowledgeable and friendly, concierge was alway available. Room were lovely, well appointed and comfy. We had a family suite because that was all that was available at the time of booking and I thought the price was reasonable and it was great to have so much room. I would definitely recommend and...

We had a very comfortable & spacious superior room. The hotel is in a very central position only 10 minutes walk to all major attractions. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. The reception staff were all very friendly and very helpful when we needed assistance....

Very good location, kind staff, super breakfast. My room, even though she was clean, was too small and not confortable enough for a 4-star hotel....

Our experience at this hotel was one of the highlights of our whole Italy trip.
Firstly, the location is PERFECT - it's walking distance to literally everything in Florence. Close to all the main sights, best restaurants, bars, shops, you name it.

Nice hotel plenty to do in the area. Staff was helpful and clean rooms. Breakfast was good also. Its right in the heart of it all so not quite....
