This place is a work of art! My room was amazing, the staff was accommodating and friendly, the breakfast was really good in one of the most beautiful rooms imaginable. This hotel was recommended by a friend and I can see why. It's in the heart of everything - so easy walking distance to the all the major squares and terrific restaurants. Think this may be the only place I'd stay in Florence....

Packing up and heading to airport after five nights here. I really liked it and the family did as well. Its an old building and you really get the were not in the states anymore vibe, which you want in Florence. We had a nice view of some of the towers and palazzi. Absolutely prime location.

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the train station if you don't have too much luggage. Staffcwas knowledgeable and friendly, concierge was alway available. Room were lovely, well appointed and comfy. We had a family suite because that was all that was available at the time of booking and I thought the price was reasonable and it was great to have so much room. I would definitely recommend and...

We had a very comfortable & spacious superior room. The hotel is in a very central position only 10 minutes walk to all major attractions. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. The reception staff were all very friendly and very helpful when we needed assistance....

Very good location, kind staff, super breakfast. My room, even though she was clean, was too small and not confortable enough for a 4-star hotel....
