Tiny hotel room, lovely front of house team, great choice for breakfast, silly restriction for drinking on roof terrace considering there were only a few other people there - resulting in stroppy bar staff. Location was great (obviously noisy as in centre of Florence). Expected a towelling dressing gownbut only slippers provided....

Amazing hotel, walking distance to everything. I will be coming back to stay again. Food was incredible lots of choices for breakfast. The views are the best! The roof top bar is incredible. Great service. The rooms are clean, standard room slightly small but we upgraded and it was lovely....

The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was very clean, and is very conveniently located near to Duomo and multiple art museums. The view of the bell tower from our room was our favorite part of the stay! We would definitely recommend Grand Hotel Cavour to friends visiting Florence!...

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The hotel is in a very convenient location to most everything. Our room was fairly large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Absolutely nothing negative....

Get the Beatrice Suite!

We stayed in the Beatrice Suite! And it was truly Italian from end to end with green velvet drapes, a purple velvet bed board, and the fresco domed ceiling was great! The bed was comfortable, the DOMO was not far at all and the staff was great! Don't expect the typical hotel when you choose the Hotel Cavour. It's a fun surprise you shouldn't miss....
