Second time at Cavour! And it keeps being perfect! t will be difficult to change hotel in Firenze. Great location, really welcoming atmosphere, very polite satff, excellent breakfast! The bedrooms are big and clean. Nothing to complain about the hotel! Low noise level in the bedrooms even being at a very busy area of Firenze....

Amazing position
Incredible decor and ambiance in the public areas. The attention to detail is superb.
Immaculate rooms
Rooftop bar is a highlight too!
The only negative is that coffee at breakfast is not up to scratch for this level hotel....

Location is awesome! Close to everything. Plenty of shops and food nearby, Lovely restaurant (Yellow Box) next door. 15 mins walk to the train station.
Downfalls were the size of the shower which was too small, the comfort of the bed (two singles joined together made for a lump in the middle of the bed which was uncomfortable), and the noises you can hear from out the back of the building. We stayed on the third fl...

This place is a work of art! My room was amazing, the staff was accommodating and friendly, the breakfast was really good in one of the most beautiful rooms imaginable. This hotel was recommended by a friend and I can see why. It's in the heart of everything - so easy walking distance to the all the major squares and terrific restaurants. Think this may be the only place I'd stay in Florence....
