The hotel is very central which made it easy navigating Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving advice on transport. The rooftop terrace is lovely if a night time. The terrace does get busy so best to book. Dont take big bags as there is quite a walk from the tram stop. There is a very nice cafe round the corner but plenty of other places to grab a coffee and cake. The piazza 2 minutes walk away ...

Firstly the location is impeccable, 5/10 minute walk to everything. The duomo/statue of David/majority of the piazzas/the ponte bridge/- the hotel itself is stunning beautiful architecture and design. Spotlessly clean and tidy every amenity you need in the room. The staff are wonderful - so polite and helpful. We ended up having to move room due to a plumbing issue in the bathroom and the staff were incredible, helpe...

Second time at Cavour! And it keeps being perfect! t will be difficult to change hotel in Firenze. Great location, really welcoming atmosphere, very polite satff, excellent breakfast! The bedrooms are big and clean. Nothing to complain about the hotel! Low noise level in the bedrooms even being at a very busy area of Firenze....
