Hotel chosen through a Trafalgar tour. Very nice hotel. 10-15 min walk to piazzas. No toiletries. TV is out of date and no English. ...

Dead bugs everywhere

Went here with our scheduled tour group. Looks like the hotel put all the revenue they earned into the lobby. Dead bugs everywhere in our bathroom. They didnt clean up from the last guests who used the bathroom either as the trashcan was filled with leftover tissues and the like. Walls are very thin and the doors would not close unless you slam them shut. Would recommend searching for another hotel....

Highly recommend this hotel. Good news is that it is outside of (but close) to City Center so rooms are quiet and traffic is minimal. Bad news is that it is hard to enter the hotel with an automobile as street construction in front of hotel requires many detours due to tiny one way streets. Taxi/Uber to main piazza averages 18. We stayed here for 2 nights while on a 10-day group tour of Italy.
We got a very tiny room. It was like staying on a cruise ship, seriously. The room faced an extremely busy street, luckily the window panes were thick enough so as to not hear the traffic noise.
