This hotel exceeded our expectations. Fridge, kettle, safe and TV in the room. Reception, restaurant and domestic staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Location was great to access all the attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence....

This hotel provided exceptional value for money. The service was very professional but friendly at the same time. The room was perfect in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast buffet had the best selection of foods that I have experienced. Great choice for an overnight stay in Florence. All of the staff were really friendly and very helpful, a pleasure to deal with. In our group we had 2 hire cars which we were able to leave in the hotel's underground car park this was a big contributing factor to why we chose this hotel. The gentleman in charge of the car park was a really decent guy and even parked my car for me. I really enjoyed the included break...
