This was a second stay, for three nights, at the Helvetia e Bristol - one of the great traditional city centre hotels of Europe. It is difficult to believe that there is a better luxury hotel in central Florence.

An amazing city hotel! Junior suite was enormous, with a walk-in closet and great amenities. Restaurants and bar are very stylish, great food and service too. Roman baths are incredible, very relaxing! Very helpful concierge and front desk, excellent service. Close to all sites and you're in the heart of luxury shopping. An easy choice!...

Great location with very nice, although rather small rooms. Photos on the website were accurate compared to the room we received. Breakfast staff were very helpful and accommodating. This is withing walking distance (although we walked a lot) of most everything in Florence...

We happened to walk by the hotel. We sat inside, a beautiful room, and a beautiful hotel! lunch was absolutely superb. Very very friendly staff !! Our server Ornelo , was especially delightful and attentive. If you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy a relaxing lunch, this is one of those places!...
