Stayed for two nights at the hotel. We had checked in late in the evening, and the receptionist was really helpful and quick. Breakfast was good and filling, something we have come to expect from a hilton. We did dinner at the hotel, and the options for dinner service were good. The rooms are spacious and well played out. Modern with great access to trains, planes and trams.

Excellent location from airport to take tram in to city center and then close to train. We only stayed a night before taking family to the airport and then catching the train to our next location but I could see this hotel being a good option for those not wanting to stay in city center but easy access to it or preferring a more modern accomodations. We had a nice stay at this hotel! We decided to stay a bit out of the center, as it was more affordable, and the tram was easy to get to and from Santa Maria Novella station in about 20 minutes and you can buy those tickets with the front desk. Great safe location near T2 tram easy transportation to the city center, airport and Novella train station. No need to use a taxi. $1.70 you can move around by bus or train. Thanks to Silvia for the suggestions on transportation and restaurants....

Wonderful 3 night at this clean hotel. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the tramway and only 5 quick stops to the center of Florence. The hotel staff made this vacation enjoyable and memorable.
