Very nice hotel with great staff. Perfect location, walking distance to Duomo and old city and short walk from the train station.. In the middle of everything but rooms are quiet and beds are very comfortable. Also very clean and with nice options for breakfast in the restaurant next door. The staff at the reception was really nice and they made our stay even more special....

Lost rings

My spouse and I were staying at a hotel, and our gold rings went missing from our room. The hotel administration told us that our room wasn't covered by a camera, and they also sent us the door's key card access history, saying they didn't have a physical key. However, the next day, I personally saw the staff open the door with a physical key. We got robbed, it was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyo...

We had a fully paid reservation at this hotel, and when we arrived with our children, they told us with shocking cynicism, Sorry, there are no rooms for you. No explanation, no warning, just a cold smile and three terrible options:
1. Be moved to a hotel with much lower ratings (7),
