Hotel Ginori Al Duomo truly made our stay in Florence a delight! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always on hand with helpful advice and a friendly smile throughout our stay.

Terrible hotel
The room was very updated, light fitting were hanging out, the sockets were unsafe, the cornice was falling out. Furniture was old. The walllpaper was peeling off.
The shower wasnt hot (this was later on fixed)
The pool was green!...

Beautiful painted ceiling in our room! Good variety of breakfast buffet. Great location many good restaurants on the block as well as a small grocery/wine shop. The staff was so helpful and kind. We were able to store our bags until check in time without a proble. They ordered a cab for us for a 4:00 am pick up!!...

The hotel is a perfect location for all of the sites with in 5-10 minutes walk. The staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us! There was a lift being installed but not that to inconvenient with the noise. Rooms were clean and maintained and the deluxe suite was very impressive. Definitely would stay again....

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport via tram and followed by a short walk.
The room was very clean and had everything required for a short stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive and provided lots of information on the area.
